I tried for weeks to get Safelite to repair my windshield only for them to waste my time and insist that they don't know how to give me a refund for a service they couldn't even perform...all while this place performed the work in UNDER AN HOUR for half the price or less than what Safelite would request. “When their competitor in Hesperia quoted me $280 for a single pane window that needed replacing and told me that it wouldn't be done till the next day even though I was driving the window to them, Thunderbird told me to come in right away, had it done in about an hour and only charged me $86 with tax. Not to mention the gentleman at the front desk seems to be a really cool dude. I will take all my business to them moving forward.”
