I bought some shorts that didn't fit. The return process was easy enough. I ended up getting the shorts in the right size. I am enrolled in their email program. The emails keep me posted about the different sales going on. That works for me.

II called to make sure Big 5 had the rounds I wanted. I spoke with Leslie, the store manager and she confirmed. I called back because I wanted to make sure I brought in the correct documents to purchase the rounds. The person was not clear so I asked, "are you saying I need to bring in ........". She said yes. When I got there, Leslie the store manager told me I needed additional documents. I said, I verified what I needed over the phone. She said, she was told I called back and the other person was trying to explain it to me. I told Leslie what I was told. She said, "this is Monday, I want to have a good day, and I don't want to argue." (A comment I believe was rude. I was misinformed and now being blamed because of it) I was trying to have a good day. I called twice to get information so I would not be wasting my time, energy, and gas. It is frustrating to do what you are told you need to do and be mis informed. Leslie did not apologize for her employees poor communication and she did not say she will provide the employee with additional training so the miscommunication does not occur with other customers. Leslie displayed poor customer service and poor management. I gave her 1 star.

Had questions about ammunition. Manager Leslie is rude and incompetent and could care less. She NEVER apologized for her employee who has no clue about the laws regarding ammunition. She is a terrible manager and she could care less about the mistakes made that cost me time, gas, and wear and tear on my car. Fire Leslie and at least get management who know their job and care about the company.
