I'm posting this because I think that Best Buy's return policy is messed up!!! I bought a printer cartridge costing more than $26. When I realized I bought the wrong cartridge they wouldn't take it back. I didn't expect all my money. I expected they would charge a restocking fee but no money at all seemed extreme. I will never buy from them again. *

Mike Rayis rocks! I accidently placed an online order for pick up at Apple Valley CA instead of Apple Valley MN. He went above and beyond to help me get this fulfilled by the correct store in Minnesota and I was still able to pick up my merchandise on the same day. Thanks again!

Went to buy a laptop I asked for some help they sent a lady who wasn't experienced in the computer department she knew very little to nothing about laptops and told me that they didn't have anything on sale which I didn't ask if there was. As she went to see of they had the laptop I was going to buy in stock she stops to help another customer ok so I waited about 10 mins and went to ask her if they did or did not have the laptop and she asked me to give her a few minutes.. soooo i decided to tell the floor manager only how long I'd been waiting for a yes or no from the lady who was supposed to be helping me , and that they need to sharpen there customer service skills as poor skills will have people walkaway especially of they are going to drop some money in their store..

The Geek squad was able to run diagnostics on my iPhone 8 Plus. Bad news it has an audio board defect all over the internet about it. Hopefully they can fix it it’s a good size phone and it works well.

We bought a laser printer. I just want to recommend this store because of the staff. We had a rep named Jesse who helped us in a quick, competent and efficient manner. So his customer service skills are the main reason I'm giving this encounter 5 stars.

Can't return anything after 14 days. Most other stores give you at least twice as long. To get a reasonable return window you have to pay for one of their otherwise useless memberships @ $50 or over $100, Am I the only one that's sick and tired of this membership trend? Seems like every store is joining in on this swindle of selling memberships with recurring monthly/annual fees, just go get basic courtesies that any good business would offer their customers? I have to pay $50 just to be able to return stuff I'm not satisfied with? What's next? Is membership required to use the restroom? Actually, I don't think Best Buy even has a customer restroom. But if they did, they would probably make you buy a membership if you wanted toilet paper.
