Been banking with BofA over 30 years. This is by far the worst bank I have ever been in. Every time I come into this bank, which is infrequent there are 8-10 people in line and one teller why there are 3-4 employees doing everything except assisting the customers. I have been here 7 minutes and the same customer is still at the window with 7 other people in front of me and more behind me.

This is by far the worst bank in the high desert!! They don't have a bisness line and the lines are out the door! Only 2 cash tellers at a time and when you finally get to the window they take for ever just to do a simple deposit.

Absolutely horrible branch and company. They shut down the Highway 18 branch at the beginning of COVID and this is the second nearest one to me aside from Hesperia Road. They close absurdly early right now and are closed on weekends. This makes it literally impossible for me to get there due to my work schedule. Keeping your employees safe is a nonanswer because closing early only is really not going to protect ANYONE from exposure when they're already there!! Also, why reduced staff? Who pulls the short straw, whether you define short straw as having to work and be potentially exposed, or being laid off due to branch closure? Grocery clerks work literally on top of each other and grocery is a less essential service than banking. Offering online services is an insufficient solution because I have coin op laundry and no other way to get quarters. I HATE BofA and I think it's getting to be time to switch banks.

This banks ATM gave a receipt to my son for $800 and never gave him the money. The machine just alerted out of service. Now they want to give us the run around, saying it's EDD problem. So bad enough he's on furlough but now B of A, wont take responsibility for their broken machine even though it's all on video as evidence. Next step, Picketing!

Every time I go they only have one person working there when there is a big line of customers. Today I went so that I can change my forgotten pin code and was sitting there and never got any help who can I speak with because this is ridiculous I've been trying for days now to recover my damn pin and nothing. I'm thinking of banking somewhere else bank of America is the worst man seriously. I got sent back and forth yesterday to resolve my issue and up until now it has not been resolved I am beyond frustrated with these people.

I waited in line and there were 3 tellers, 25 mins to closing. There were 6-7 customers behind me still and when one of the customers left from the third teller, the teller tells me he's closed and to wait for the next two tellers. Meanwhile, the person behind me went to the next open teller. I waited in line again to be serviced who told me to wait as she needs to put the money away. All I wanted was to deposit currency exchange to my account. They stated they couldn't accept any currency because I need to do so before 4 pm. No where does this say on the website and was a complete waste of time standing in line to not be serviced. Also, last time I was here back in May there were only two tellers on a Friday and lack of customer service.

Worst Bank of America in the desert. I only use this location in emergencies. The tellers are very rude and confrontational. The heavyset guy with facial hair is horrible to the customers. He's been rude with me and I've heard him be completely unacceptable to other customers. I wouldn't hire him to pick up trash.
