Every time I go in and get parts from this specific location they always take good care of me and make sure that I got the parts I need. And as far as returns and warranties go they’re the most reliable Autozone I’ve interacted with. Shout out to Chris and his crew.

Went to buy spark plugs to tune up vehicle , the employee advised they were pre-gapped , they !!! weren't !!!.This was on Bear valley and Kiowa .

Called AutoZone on Bear Valley close to the Victor Valley College, because it was closer to my residence. I asked for the brake pads I needed and they gave me the rundown. According to the lady I spoke to I had three different options to choose from. I then asked, are they all in stock. She told me only two options were in stock. I then asked which ones and if she was sure they were available. She replied yes. So I went over there, and when I asked for the one I wanted, which was one of the ones that I had just been told was in stock, the lady that was tending to me said it wasn't available even though it showed it was in stock. Mind you, this is a whole 5 minutes after my phone call. So I went to this AutoZone down the road right after. The gentleman that tended to me was named Christopher. I told him what I needed and he said it wasn't available there. Then he said that the store just down the road had two in stock. I asked him which store that was, and he told me, the one by the college. Well that happened to be the store where they told me that the item was not physically there. He then offered to call the store for me and do another check. Well low and behold the person he spoke to told him they had at least one available. Christopher then took my name, looked me up in the system, and put the part on hold for me so no one Else could buy it. Mind you he's doing this from another store altogether.
I said all that because all it takes is a minute or two of your undivided attention to take care of someone accordingly. By the same token, it takes just one bonehead move to lose one customer who is probably gonna tell multiple people how bad your service is. I hope something is learned from this, but I doubt it.
NOTE: THREE STORE IN THE PICTURE IS THE ONE THAT TOOK CARE OF ME ACCORDINGLY. IT'S ON THE CORNER OF BEAR VALLEY ROAD AND KIOWA, ACROSS THE STREET FROM FOOD4LESS.
