“I shop at this location primarily because most of the time, I can always find someone to ask for assistance without feeling that I'm disturbing them. I was at the store yesterday to get some items for my handyman. When I asked Saimir for help, he didn't just say to go to this or that isle, he actually went with me to find the items I was looking for (even though he was in the middle of a process). To me, that's going above and beyond expectations for a customer. I've had similar experiences in this store a few times, which is why I don't bother to visit the store across the street. I was so desperate Friday evening when my refrigerator/freezer stopped cooling, called & Brian was so understanding, said they couldn't come till Monday but if someone cancelled would call. Called me back and said they would be there Saturday morning. Adolfo came, fixed it and explained in detail everything, charged the original service fee quoted. I thank God for sending an honest company. Thanks for a great job Adolfo and Brian. 10 STARS!!”

“Our dryer would not heat up. I was hesitant to call someone because of possible high cost. However, we needed it fixed. I found this page and read the reviews. The good outweighed the bad so I called. Ana was very nice and has a friendly personality. Miguel came out today and fixed our dryer in less than 15 minutes. The price to get our dryer back to drying was perfect for our budget. I would recommend because the quality of service was excellent and the cost was sufficient. Plus Ana was so nice. “They did a great job!!! I had an oven that wouldn't like then my dryer broke. Called them up on a Wednesday and they were there Thursday morning. Fixed them both in about a half hour for roughly $300. I have always purchased my parts there and have always been satisfied.”

“Bill Mckown was very friendly and knowledgeable and in just a few minutes we were able to find and decide on a replacement Refrigerator, ours died on a Sunday afternoon. The delivery was free and the removal price of $40.00 for the old refrigerator was very reasonable. The delivery and installation was great. The guys were friendly and efficient in removing the old refrigerator and the installation and setup of the new Whirlpool Refrigerator was great. The installers also made sure to tell us specific details we needed to know and do in the first couple of days before using the refrigerators water and ice features.Thanks Howard's fora great experience!”

“This place has been there for my husband and I since we moved to the High Desert. We first bought from them when they were by green tree Blvd. We bought our refrigerator, washer and dryer from them. The owners are husband and wife and they are very very kind and give a lot of detailed info when purchasing from them. They have such good customer service that I remembered there business almost 4 years later and we just purchased brand new washer and dryer from them. I will always recommend this business to everyone I know.”
