Took two dogs we found abandoned in the desert to this shelter. The staff was kind and caring and we felt good about rescuing the two Pointers.

This is unfortunately an essential business with the way people neglect or abandon their animals. The people here are top notch with how they perform their jobs day in and day out. I drove from Vegas to this place to rescue a 2 year old shepherd they had here and was to be put down within 24 hours. Everything went smoothly and the saved dog now will help as a service dog for a Veteran who is in dire need of one. To say they went out of their way to find a place for this dog is an understatement. The short three hour trip to get there and then three back was all worth it. Thank you and this great facility for the work you have done and continue to do. Photo is Tasha the one we saved that day on her freedom ride. Like a typical woman already commenting on my driving, which admittedly she was right about.

Bad customer service, Don’t try to help people or Animals they keep sending you to different locations, even though when you got the animal from their place.

Visited this place a few times. Not happy to say 2 times were because I needed to bail out my 2 dogs. But thankfully everyone is so kind and helpful. Appears they loved the dogs as much as we do. They are very understanding as well and helped us with the process of everything we needed for the animals

Donna at this location is amazing. I needed to put my 13 year old Great Pyrenees down. Donna was very helpful. Even though she did not have any spots available to euthanize my doggy she told me she would call me the following day for availability. Right at 8:00am the next morning I get a call from Donna to let me know the time I can take her in. Unfortunately, my Sugar had passed away at 1:00am. Donna prepared all the paperwork for me to get her cremated. She made this process so much easier for me. Thank you Donna for your great service to the community.

This shelter is HORRIBLE! They don't give the dogs time to be adopted. They just killed a beautiful 8 week old German Shepherd puppy without giving it a chance! SHAME on you people! May Karma come your way

I think this place is waiting to be sued just like OCs shelter. It will come. Any organization that abuses animals deserves to be shut down. There should be organizations that actually care about animals to help animals. Not this slaughterhouse. Makes me wonder what kind of people work here…usually society deems a person a psychopath for abusing an animal for no reason…but here we are allowing these people jobs with animals. If these were human lives…i bet you they would be covertly abusive too.

They set it up drive thru style which was so amazing and incredibly convenient. I'll be honest, you must get there early and form a line but you can wait in ur car which helps a lot especially if you have multiple pets.
