Horrible service. I took my black denim pants to get dry cleaned, and when I picked them up they were faded. They didn’t take any accountability for damaging my pants. They gave me numerous excuses. I will definitely not be returning. This happened at their Apple Valley location off of Navajo & Bear Valley.

Took in pants to get altered. They gave me a pick up date. I arrived two days AFTER pick up date to get my pants ( gave them two extra days) . Kid can't find them. 20 minutes later "don't know where they are, we will call you". Call me when? "I don't know". Talk about poor thinking skills. Then he calls his mommy over at apple valley cleaners in Jess Ranch. She tries to blame it on me, that I need to wait ANOTHER two days cuz they didn't get them done. they don't believe in calling the customer!!! Mommy was crazy. She refused to give me back my pants. Lol. After I said I was calling police she found them. We're they altered? No! SKIP THIS PLACE.

AV cleaners went above and beyond for me! I forgot that my detailed, rather expensive costume dress was there, and she kept it safe and ready for me for several months! She remembered that I use the dress once a year at Christmas time for a show, and she knew I'd remember it and come get it then. I am speechless about this rarely-seen, top-notch customer service! We use them often now due to this. I tipped her well when I came to get it, and it was well worth it!

Tired of this dry cleaners being closed when the stated hours show open. Customers should not have to keep up with the clerks school hours for her kids. In addition, the clerk has a rude and poor attitude. Today, at 8:30 am, door was locked and not even a note on the door showing when it would open. We will not be back to this cleaners.

I arrived at the location at 7:45. Waited for them to open at the displayed hour of 8 AM. At 8:05 I called the number on the window. The man advised that "she should be there any minute ". At 8:15 I left. There was also another customer standing there with a load of jeans in her hands drop off. This is awful customer service. I was supposed to be at work at 8 AM, but was going to be a few minutes late as I needed to drop off a dress at the cleaners. Now I'm forced to go to another cleaners and be even later to work. I will never use this business again.

When you walk in. You walk into a lady that looks miserable. No greeting or how may i help you. Nothing but an eye roll. She looked like she hated life.

My husband went to this cleaners to have gum removed from his uniform. He made them aware it was in and outside of the pocket, he was assured they could clean it. Upon picking up his shirt it looked good from the outside but quickly realized when we got home the gum was still fully inside the pocket. He called this establishment to make them aware and try to rectify the situation. As he works long hours and needed this shirt for a current shift he simply asked to be refunded the cleaning fee. The owner then cursed my husband out and myself when I called back. She told him maybe he shouldn't leave f'n gum in his pocket when washing. As we all make mistakes and sometimes need a cleaner to help with those mistakes we thought we could trust this business. Turns out they will half do the job then blame you for their laziness. Once you notify them of their mistake they will curse you out and refuse to take any further calls from you! 100% DO NOT RECOMMEND. Horrible customer service and business handling!

Never again, took some old jackets to get cleaned, one of them was swede leather material I just wanted it cleaned and fix a few holes, when I got it back I noticed it had shrunk from its original size and it felt super stiff, It started forming cracks on the swede, and completely ruined the jacket, It even came back with new holes, when I tried to take it back I wanted to see if it was repairable but they didn't even want to take it back, they made the problem why couldn't they fix it? or even give me a refund for ruining my jacket. Instead I got a 15 minute long argument on why it was all my fault, Like I'm supposed to be the proffesional telling them what to do. Don't waste your time and money here they aren't proffesional at all.
