Tammy and her staff has been great since day one of dropping off our boat for the winter. We liked it so much that we now put our motorhome in during the summer and switch back and forth with boat as the seasons change. Highly recommend this place to anyone looking for great accommodations and service!

Tammy & the team at AV RV & Boat Storage were an absolute pleasure to deal with. We travel the country and needed a storage option for a few days indoors & out of the harsh weather. It took her staff less than 10 minutes to process payment & paperwork and we were able to store our multi-million dollar setup for a few days in an incredibly clean and safe facility. The location and staff couldn't have been nicer. Job well done gang.

I have been storing my motorhome in this facility since it opened. I'm retired law enforcement and know a number of other law enforcement officers that have their units stored here. We store them here because it's the safest place in the high desert. Tammy and all the employees have been excellent about everything. You can tell by all but 2 reviews .

Apple RV Storage is the best storage facility I have ever dealt with, and I have been to many of them. Very clean and well-kept facility. As for security it is hands down second to none. I never worry about my RV and trailer that is stored there ever being tampered with and they stay as clean and perfect as the day you drop them off. They have dump station, water, and propane on site. Large lot for easy navigation with large rigs in and out of fully fenced facility. The staff is always prompt and courteous. Tammy has the BEST customer service that makes this facility stand out above any other. She and her staff treat you as if you really matter when it comes to your needs for storage, or even moving if you need a U-Haul. They can also assist you with setting up detailing services which for me, is a very big asset since I am not always available to handle that. If you are looking for 5-star service with a 5-star facility you won't be disappointed. I am a happy camper.

My experience lately has been concerning. The last three times I have picked my toy hauler up there has been damage to it. First it was marker light cover went missing then entire marker light missing and spare tire hanging all the way to the ground. Now today I pick up trailer and brand new battery is dead when I pay to have it plugged in. The manager Tammy says the battery is dead because the adapter was not on the cord. Tammy calls me when the batteries are bad so I can replace them but she won’t call me when the adapter to the cord isn’t there so my trailer can be plugged in so batteries don’t die which I pay for monthly almost 300 dollars only to find out my trailer is dead today when I’m going out of town and Tammy the manager new about it not being plugged in the entire time. And what’s really frustrating is the adapter was in the outdoor storage of the trailer the entire time. Tammy the manager calls today about issues and has no customer service skills whatsoever and just wants to talk over me so I told her I wanted to talk with the owner and she said she wasn’t able to give that information out. What’s crazy is they take photos of my trailer every time I drop it off and there is never damage but every time I pick it up I find things wrong. This establishment is becoming a joke and we as customers pay a lot of money for these vehicles and good money for storage only to have our vehicles damaged and mistreated and when I have a legitimate complaints the manager Tammy just talks over you and is not helpful at all!!

We were so excited to hear an indoor RV storage facility was opening in Apple Valley. We were one of the first to move our RV there and we couldn't be more pleased. The facility goes beyond our expectations. The spaces are generous. Very clean. Price per month is reasonable.....you are charged by the size of your unit. Appreciate the amenities offered like the dump station. The staff is very accommodating, professional, courteous and friendly. A resident manager is there 24/7 and the entire facility is very secure and gated with surveillance cameras. Can't say enough good about the place and we highly recommend.

This place is top notch!! Always greeted with a friendly hello. We were so glad to see an indoor RV storage open here in the desert. It is always clean and the staff is very helpful. The drop off and pick up of our RV is so convenient. Very secure!!
