Dr. Boyd , Dr. Clark and staff are very caring and dedicated to the health and welfare of our dogs. I appreciate them taking the time to answer my questions.

I took my corgi here because he hurt his paw/nail. The staff was beyond friendly and very nice to my boy. They even called me the next day asking how he was doing. 10/10

I’ve known Dr. Boyd for a long time and when he was in Hesperia at VCA, he did an excellent job running that place as the medical director. I was excited to see him open up this place in AV, but it seems things have me concerned and maybe it has nothing to do with Boyd, or even Dr Clark who is a hometown vet who graduated high school from AVHS. What I’m saying is that the costs associated with treatment have skyrocketed and have tied the hands of veterinarians and staff and the costs passed down to the consumer. Everytime I take an animal into the vet, I know it’s going to be expensive to even start Tx.
Dealing with Dr. Boyd is great and he is professional and understanding, and will work with you but on the few times I delt with Clark, she can be abrupt, and her bedside manners are, with a “my way or the highway” treatment plan. And you see that in the costs which are a little higher than other locations and that can be frustrating especially when your pet is going though a hard time.

Good place to take your dog they were able to diagnose my dogs problem. recommended for diagnostic surgeries are a little bit of expensive there we had to take our dog to another clinic down the hill.

So I call here and they stated you need to have almost a 3-week out appointment made for new clients. Even if you have a 15 year old dog, and your dog needs assistance possibly to get through the next couple weeks. It's a screw you system where you have to watch your pet suffer because they insist "go to the emergency". How inhumane is this place to make it so hard for a new client to have their dog seen soon. "Ohh the next appointment is June 1st." I can't wait 5 weeks. Thanks, no thanks. I'll find a place that is humane. Thanks for adding to the degradation of "taking care of your pets". Why are you even open ohh yeah "money money money" I won't be jumping on this band wagon.

So today I had to come in for a emergency with my cat unfortunately we had to put him down.. Everyone there was amazing.. compassionate caring gentle went well above and beyond for me and my daughter.. will be taking my pets there from now on

The entire staff are kind, compassionate and knowledgeable about animals. I've never felt rushed and all health concerns have been addressed. Price quotes are given immediately so you know what you are getting into financially. The inside area is clean and tidy and has no bad smells like other clinics I've been to in the area.If you are fortunate enough to be a client here, don't give it up.

Wonderful vet clinic full of people that truly care about your pets. We have always been happy with the many years of care we have received from their office. Not only are they compassionate, but they also don't nickel and dime you to have access to great care. We also really like their shots for life programs, which has saved us so much money through the years.
