????Best Vet Clinic in the High Desert! They have excellent customer service and actually care about your pets! They also have amazing prices!!! I would highly recommend everyone to this vet office. We have tried every other vet office in the high desert and they have very rude customer service, don’t care about your pets, and over charge on any services you need done!!! Thank You Animal Care Hospital for providing the best vet care up in the high desert. My family and I almost lost hope for pet care until we found your office!!! Thank You for all you do for our community!!!! ???????????

Don't, they use to be one of the best... I mean they were amazing....loved them big time!!!!!!!!! Now all they want is money. I had a test done for my dog, paid $500 then had to turn back around and pay $400 for the same test because they needed it... right....due to the fact, they thrown out the blood from the last test. So a total of $900 to tell me what........my dog is ok and might need medication in the future ugh...Had the same test done in Mission Viejo and paid $200.00 and the lab results came back in hours not days and the results were totally different from what I was told from this vet. Well let me just say this vet will give you generic medication and charge you regular prices. Thank God I travel down the hill because I found an amazing vet in mission viejo. They truly care and was cheaper that's right cheaper and they give their patients name brand medication and the prices are cheaper than the generic medication I was receiving from this vet. The medication I'm receiveing for him now is helping so much better than the generic medication from this vet.... My dog had an eye problem, well not anymore the medication I'm giving him now are truly helping and he is producing his own tears. Did you know as dogs get older their eyes get dry and can cause problems, well this vet didn't know at all and gave my dog the wrong medication making him go blind. Stop going to this vet the owner sold the clinic and now they are trying to take anyone's money who cares for their furry babies. I just had an amazing visit yesterday in mission viejo they gave him a senior check up, allergenic shampoo, mouse for his icky paws due to allergies and a allergenic shot that didn't give him an upset stomach or make him sleepy he was full of life not like the shot they gave him for many years at this vet........ why because it wasn't a generic allergenic shot, I also got pain medication for his hips and liquid probiotics and I only paid $309.53. And they also check up on him not once not twice but three times and told me if I had any problems bring him in, they didn't say make an appointment or wait three days...No bring him in... If I would have had the same check up at this vet it would have been over $500 and maybe one check up on my dog. Please trust me don't go here, find a vet down the hill that cares because all the vets up here just want money and didn't go to the proper university to get their education. Also they will say all vets are going up due to living cost etc. ummmmmmmm no and more no. Mission viejo is not a cheap area and all the vets that I checked on care for their patients and know times are hard. It's not about the cost because if I can take my dog down the hill to get a check up pay for a hotel it's not the cost. It's the wrong medication and paying full price for generic medication and not telling your patients that's what your giving them and the lack of patient relationship. My dog was having eye problems and they only cared about doing another test for his thyroid they wanted more money instead of asking if my dog was ok. Please Please, If you call and they have no more openings run it was your sign not to go! But if not there is an opening because I'm never going back.....Trust me one of the doctors told my mom that she couldn't tell if my dog could see, well my dog has his eyes check every 6 months and they can see that my dog can see. And to top it off my dog is looking good and feeling alot better. Trust me find a better vet down the hill all the vets in the high desert are jokes and the veterans down the hill will tell you the same stop taking your pet to these vets!

If you are looking for the worst vet in the entire desert, look no further than Animal Care Hospital. Extremely rude staff, and unprofessional services. After waiting 3 1/2 weeks for my appointment, they called and they switched it to a curb side appointment, when we told them we weren't comfortable with that they told us to reschedule. No thank you.

I have been a pet owner since 1976 and can honestly say Dr. Boyd is the best for my babies, he is very thorough, professional and kind. It saddens me that I am moving and will have to find another veterinarian. The office staff always calls to check on the babies whether it is for a procedure or routine shots. Office and support staff also are great. A special shout out to Rebecca, so kind and caring!
