This place false advertises. Don’t tell me the tostitos dips are buy 2 and get 3 free and you charge me for each one full price. Advertise correctly and don’t trick your customers. Never shopping here again.

I have shopped at this store since it was Lucky's. Customer service is good, and so are prices.

Was treated horribly by the store manager cass (the one with red hair) when applying for a job here twice. I originally applied for pharmacy tech and they were kind enough to wait until I got my license. During this time I had made a friend who I assumed was the lead pharmacist, she said she was retiring. I said congratulations and the store manager said “thats gossiping we don’t want you after all”, she sarcastically told me “maybe you can be a clerk if we ever call you back” and laughed at me before hanging up.
I tried to defend myself and say I wasn’t gossiping, I was just trying to make new friends, make conversation, and congratulate someone. But I could tell it landed on deaf ears, since they still treated me as some kind of freak. Most recently I applied here for clerk and Steve was the only person in management who was kind to me (or at least kind enough to not be rude to my face). But the store manager cass (red hair), told him he can’t hire me and that I would “be a problem for the store”.
I have been bullied ever since 4th grade until graduation and even after that, and as an adult I thought I wouldn’t have to experience that again. But it turns out there’s still people who like to act horrible and bully others, like how cass the store manager was treating me. I will be calling corporate to tell them everything (not that I expect corporate to do anything). If they treated me this poorly before even being hired, I could only imagine how badly they treat their employees. Which is also probably why so many people are leaving (they told me that during the interview).
Funnily enough the store manager gossiped to me about her employees behavior yet apparently she is allowed to do that. Anyways thankfully 2 Albertsons locations down the hill I applied to this week treat me very kindly and have been interested in hiring me. So I think even though it’s a longer commute, I will accept their job offer. I advise anyone else to do the same

Drive up and go is actually drive up and wait. Totally ridiculous that you put in an order for a specific time and they say it’s going to be another 30-40 minutes. What’s the point of this service? Never again!

Their online ordering is so bad. Whoever is shopping for the food is so wrong and lazy. You’re going to say you have no substitutes for water.. lunch meat.. or juice? Then you up the price on the same box of chips.. went inside and guess what they have juice water and lunch meat. They also have ramen but they ain’t gonna say that Tho.

Wait times are always horrible and never have more than one express line and not enough lines open overall. We’re here on Mother’s Day and they only have three lanes open and about 20 people in each lane. The for U app is also difficult to figure out and the checker was rude to the lady in front of me who was having a hard time with it. When I said I have a hard time with it too she said in a very rude tone That’s funny, I never have trouble with it! Really need to work on customer service!

We had a problem with our Workmen’s Comp. being changed to a different company and getting the information to get the prescription filled Yoshi was a dream and helped immensely with taking care of this situation. It was rather difficult but she did a great job and we thank her. We just love Savon Pharmacy

Having only 1 cashier open is an issue. Having to bag my own groceries is an issue. The Hispanic male manager always has an attitude. I will be shopping at stater bros from now on where I feel respected and appreciated as a customer.

Sorry for the long rant: The store itself and the rest of the employees get 5 stars. But unfortunately I'm rating it one star because of the incident that happened during my hiring process. I originally was very grateful that they were waiting for me to get my license until hiring me for the pharmacy, but the board of pharmacy took so long that I had to let someone else take the job. That was understandable A few months later I finally had gotten my license and re applied. Things were going smoothly until I had received a phone call from the store director, she was angry and rudely accused me of gossiping. It took me off guard considering just a few days ago everyone was so kind to me. She said since I had mentioned the pharmacist was retiring soon, that meant I was gossiping. Keep in mind no one told me to keep it to myself, and I had only brought it up in a congratulatory way. I am a very shy and nervous person and was just trying to make conversation (keep in mind too the only people I had talked to were the pharmacist and store director no one else). So basically I was treated as some sort of weird criminal for a small misunderstanding. The last half of the phone call she (store director) was criticizing me in a rude way about everything and passive aggressively told me "yeah we will definitely consider hiring you for clerk now" before hanging up. I was pretty hurt considering I had been waiting for this job for a long time and I had considered those two people good acquaintances. Anyways about a month ago I had dropped off a card to apologize, but I heard nothing back. My advice is: unless you want to be treated rudely, do not apply here. If they had no problem treating an applicant this badly, imagine how they treat their employees. Not to mention their hiring process is the worst. Corporate lists new positions weekly yet the store only hires like once every 3 years and they barely communicate with you during that. So good luck

I always have a good experience at this store. They have things that you don't find in some of your other grocery store chains, however you will pay the price. This is not the market to go to to save money. You will get your higher end sauces and spices, things like that, when you need an ingredient for recipe that is not as common you most likely can find it here, however you will not find much savings on items. I gave five star rating because the staff and quality of items. Staff are always extremely helpful, friendly and even late at night willing to help you find something or at least give a good effort to locate items. Customer service is very important and that alone is worth a five-star rating also the items in the store are of good quality and this includes the meat, produce and bakery. Again, nothing is cheap in the store. You will spend an average 30% higher for groceries here than you would at most of the competitor markets, but you will find what you need in almost all cases so you have to weigh your priorities. They are open until 11:00 p.m. at night which is very convenient for people like me who are busy most of the day and don't get time to get to the market until later in the night.

Very clean and quiet store, I found it very peaceful to shop. I may become a regular shopper.
