The coupons and digital deals make it worth it with Albertsons but the lines are pretty slow. Again I prefer Staters over this but the meat section with Vonns and Albertsons are all around more favorable and cheaper.

Well I show up at 1:10 PM and there is a sign out front that says on lunch, will be back in 30 minutes. I return at 1:30 PM and wait for a few minutes. (There sign is still up). A lady behind the counter sees me waiting and comes out and says they don't open back up until 2PM. I told her that I got there at 1:10 and the sign was out. She said it really means 30-60 minutes and that the Pharmacist takes an hour lunch and that some of the other staff take a 30 or 60minute lunch and that either way they don’t open back up until the pharmacist gets off of lunch. Customer service has become horrible this last year....everywhere.

The wait at the customer counter has been over 15 minutes and still no one has come to help. You would think they would want sales. At least the checkers tried several times to call someone.

Went in to get my flu and pneumonia shot. As I was checking in I asked what the wait time would be and Anna the cashier said 30 to 45 minutes. I asked if it would be better for me to go online and make an appointment for another day and she said it doesn't matter we take 1st come 1st serve anyway. I pointed out the sign that was in front of me that says make an appointment and skip the line, she said we don't do that here anyway. As I was telling her I didn't think that was very fair to have that sign and not abide by it she got very belligerent and started talking over me, eventually putting up her hand in front of me like my opinion didn't matter to her. This person has no business dealing with the public especially in a medical environment. I went someplace else to get my shots because at this point I don't think I would trust them to give my dog a rabies vaccination.

Yesterday I was at this Albertsons and experienced the longest line I have ever been in at an Albertsons store. The line extended about 3/4 the legnth of an isle. There was only one register open. This is completely a reflection of poor management.

I went on 7/19 around 7:00 pm to this store because I wanted to try a new grocery store. I noticed the "clip on" internet coupons and signed up for them on the site and started clipping them for check out. I went through my whole entire shopping list (about 40 mins of shopping with my 3 year old) and proceeded to check out. At the stand there was an older woman telling the cashier that she wanted to use the coupon for some steaks she had. The cashier immediately started being snarky with the woman. The cashier proceeded to roll her eyes at the woman as the woman tried to explain that she had signed up online before coming in. The cashier was being snippy and offering no solution as she tapped her fingernails on the register waiting for the woman to give up. I politely offered my phone/coupons to help the woman out and the cashier started giving me attitude. She looked obviously annoyed that I even offered and started to make up excuses for why I couldn't allow her to use mine. Once I convinced her to even try, I told her I had just signed up on my phone and she snapped at me saying I had to use the app, that it didn't work that way. I got a little irritated at this point and asked her why she couldn't just use the webpage and she took my phone and started scrolling through the webpage until she called over another woman to assist her. This woman proceeded to scroll through my phone for a moment before telling the woman she couldn't do anything about it unless she downloaded the app. She told the other customer "you can go home, download the app, clip the coupon, and come back tomorrow." I asked her if I needed to download the app in order to use the coupons and she began informing us that "this is how they want us to do it, they are really pushing the online coupons so there's nothing I could do even if I wanted to". I decided at this point I wasn't going to buy from Albertsons and I told the ladies to have a good day, leaving my whole order behind even though I had spent 40 mins grabbing my monthly list with my 3 year old toddler. I'll do my shopping at Staters from now on. Lesson learned.
