I called the local number and finally got to an AI thing. After battling the Bot,I was able to get a representative to assist me. The representative was awesome but the AI was horrible. Please keep real people.

I have been customer for very long time. I call to get a quote my house. I have never been so mistreated. Unprofessional, rude uneducated person working in customer service. I'm never going to do business with them.

Worst help and experience today with the two lady's at the front to think my and my family spend thousands a year for such crappy service in person is a true eye opener will definitely be looking into new insurance as soon as my policy is over

This company is way too expensive and ridiculous and the people here are so unprofessional, they’re so loud and obnoxious , the prices are ridiculous expensive in top of that they don’t appreciate the costumers even you with them for years , I hope people stop paying for their services

Switching from geico, Michael @ the apple valley office made it incredibly easy, answered all of our questions and has made our experience EXCELLENT. I highly suggest using him as your agent as he is super great and can help you with any question or concern and ease any stress you may have.

Terrible experience here! I've been an 8 year member and now I'm being cancelled because my insurance agent (Brandon bean) suggested I add my wife and son to the account which would give us 4 towes each and now I'm being cancelled because of too many towes. When asked about it not one person can speak to me about the matter and I am being refused service but was charged the member ship fee ! I don't see how this is even possible and I've gotten zero help from every staff member including supervisor Dayana! Absolutely zero help with no consideration!

I’ve been a member of this branch for 5 years and have never had any issues. Policy changes are a smooth process, accident claims are quick and straightforward. Working with this branch and Kyia specifically has been awesome, thank you AAA!

I received my renewal docs in the mail. I have called the customer service number and they did not answer my questions. I called the apple valley office. The girl that answered the phone did not let me speak to a supervisor as requested and she hung up on my. AAA raised insurance stating I drive 100k a year when my 1 and only car is a 2018 original owner with 108k miles. No one answers.

Considering the time of day for my visit it was not overly busy, there was activity but not super busy. And it is not one of the larger AAA sites that I have ever been to. It's nice.

Not a great experience. After you purchase memberships and auto policies, make sure you verify everything again the following week. I found out months later, agent did a mix up with the way auto policies and memberships were created. When my family members who I got policy and membership for when in to use their membership privileges, they were told they were never in the system. Inconvenience to be paying month to month for them to be told they are not members. Job incorrectly done, to top it off I consider canceling my own, Janee griego wants to alter her ego and threaten my credit score will be affected. Janee griego was the one who set up auto policy and memberships. I still can’t log into my account online. If you work in a customer service setting you should help clients. my family member did not have a good experience with this individual either when they were in the office to clarify.So dumb at this branch. My license number isn’t even correct or my address on the auto policy.

Every time I come to this triple a I always get the run around and have trouble getting things payed for, and will be told one thing and when I come back with everything I was first told someone else will tell me diffrent and then I have to come back again. Its honestly so frustrating when I pay for the membership. Honestly just horrible communication all around.

Tried using the aaa roadside assistance and have been waiting 4 going on 5hrs for a tow truck and I keep getting the run around. Not worth the membership honestly it’s getting dark and patrol keeps harassing me. I’ve never in my life had to wait this long and not get any text updates and when you call they say oh 10 more minutes but no one has arrived and no one can seem to help.

Whatever incompetent individual who works the front says no vehicle or membership existed. Yet, Janee griego says otherwise. Janee griego was the one who set up auto policy and memberships. I still can't log into my account online. And I'm located in California, for some reason i was told I'm living in Arizona. Make no sense! If you work in a customer service setting you should help clients. my family member did not have a good experience with this individual either when they were in the office to clarify.
