I have to say I’m very very disappointed in Leon’s shop
They did my Bearings done in my Ram. I was quoted $1140 and that included front end alignment, I agreed
They ordered the wrong part and was apparently quoted the wrong price
So the young lady called and nine they ordered the wrong part and they have the new one ordered and the price will be “ just a little higher price” so I’m thinking okay $50-$60 which is approximately 5%
Instead what it came in at was approximately $1450 that’s $300 higher plus they didn’t do the alignment, so that makes that part about $400 higher than what I was quoted
I feel I was taken advantage of
I have trusted Leon and his shop, but unfortunately I have lost all trust
You can’t jump the price some 35% of the Original without telling me
I truly hate giving this review because I had trust and faith in Leon’s shop but it’s now lost completely

I always take my vehicle here whenever it starts to have troubles, they are transparent and honest with you the whole time and willing to work with you. I would seriously recommend taking your vehicle here whether it be for a simple service or something big. Just have a little patience with them and you will be golden.

Their service is efficient, effective, and excellent. The people here actually explain the problem, the reasons, and advise how to handle it after service is done. And all that for a reasonable price! If you own a Ford like me, this is the place to go rather than Sunland Ford in Victorville...

Don’t recommend I took my car here and it sat there for over two months, and nothing ever got done decided to take my business elsewhere because every time following up it was next week next week next week your car will be done
