These bad reviews. Dumb This pharmacy always actually has the prescriptions whereas Walmart is always out of your prescription. I love this pharmacy

We tried this pharmacy but I just could not deal with the inconsistency with the prescriptions and how filthy the place was. We were willing to give it another try so I went in person and bought a pair of socks for Christmas last week - it was still filthy. The topper was I bought the wrong size socks so my husband went in to exchange them and the staff treated him like a criminal because he did not have the receipt with him—3 days after Christmas. I have the receipt but I will NOT go back into that pharmacy again. Ever. I’ll donate the $12.99 socks to charity first.

If there was another place to go I would. These people don’t customer service at all. Their text service is never accurate, you will always wait. From the old signage and dusty shelves to lack luster treatment at the check out counter to long waits for no reason; this place sucks.

Its convienient and usually friendly. However I need to complain about being BULLIED into buying what I knew was the wrong thing. I went in to get an UMBILICAL hernia truss. They did not have any. I asked at the window and while waiting heard the long time employee telling the young immigrant how to spell hernia, so he could look it up on the computer. He comes out and PRESSUERED me, since I am so tired from my health problems, to but an "INGUINAL HERNIA" truss. I told him repeatedly that it was the wrong thing. I'm pretty sure he does not know what inguinal means, or what an umbilical hernia is. He is not qualified for the job. I thought, maybe it will work. Then I get home to find it is a SMALL. No way it will fit me. Now I have to go back and hope I don't have any problem getting my $31 back.

Even if you're told via automated text or you LITERALLY call them, your prescriptions will NEVER be ready for you to pick up. 1 year I've been dealing with this nonsense. The day another pharmacy opens locally, this place will close.Get it together folks, we're all tired of dealing with your lack luster service and outdated service.

This place will test your patience. If you receive an automated text or even call them to make sure your prescription is ready, don't worry, you'll end up waiting in their dirty lobby with outdated signs and messy shelves. Why do they say your stuff is ready if it isnt? Makes you wonder what else they're failing on. I'm definitely moving to Amazon.com and their dependable pharmacy.

Really taking advantage of the fact that they are the only available pharmacy for many local residents.

We just moved into the area and have now switched over to this small pharmacy, we're really happy with their service. Staff is really friendly and we've had positive experiences only!

Hit and miss. They have very odd policies to say the least.

They require vaccinated customers to wear masks but employees have no requirement and don't wear them.

Rude, unhelpful, hilariously poor grasp of state laws wrapped in a rampant power-trip at the desk.

They did not honor the marked price on the product I bought nor did the cashier ask if I'd like to replace the product or if I still wanted it at the higher price. I did not have time to sit there and argue or request the manager in the situation. Poor customer service and its a real disappointment considering the fact that this is a small town and alternative options are not close by.

Can't even believe this place is still open. Super unprofessional, super unethical, doesn't care about the customers at all. Worst pharmacy I've ever been to in my entire life.

I like the customer service. I come from the city. Living in the City is a totally different experience. I was used of always receiving the medication active and inactive ingredients. With that paperwork came the explanation of what that medication was used for. Also the possible side affects that might possibly evolve. If I was taking important medication the pharmacy would make sure I would get my refills timely. For whatever reason, I don't get any of the above from Anza pharmacy. I am not complaining I just think I was spoiled. I miss that important information now. I know I have to be on top of my clients medication. Its extra work for me. I am blessed just to have a pharmacy up her in Anza. Again the customer service is great!
