“My daughter had been looking forward to taking a remarkable birthday portrait with her son and brother, so we decided to visit JC Penney to make it happen. As we walked in, we were immediately greeted by the friendly and knowledgeable Liz, who made us feel right at home. She took the time to listen to our ideas and preferences and provided helpful suggestions throughout the session, which made all the difference in creating a truly memorable experience. Despite Liz's best efforts, my little grandson was in a bit of a mood and seemed unwilling to cooperate. He stubbornly refused to smile for the camera, much to our disappointment. However, Liz was undeterred and captured a few candid shots that were simply priceless. Her patience and perseverance paid off, and we ended up with a beautiful portrait that we will cherish for years.
