“I found this place on Yelp. They had great reviews. I didn't want to take my truck to the corporate shops. I liked the fact that they were a small family owned shop. I took my Tacoma in after a collision with a deer. They were very helpful. They worked with my insurance company and took care of all the details. When I got it back, it looked brand new. “I brought in a damaged wheel that I wasn’t even sure they were going to be able to fix. Asked jason is we could somehow get the wheel done any faster then normal because we were supposed to be traveling back to idaho that day. I was looking at $230 at the competitor while these guys had me at $150. They fixed the wheel within an hour and we were able to get home that day. Super nice people !! 10/10 recommend”
“This team is the best. They were most willing to help me with an issue that was caused by another shop, and that too at a reasonable price. Despite the fact that they work on pretty fancy cars, there was no arrogance of any sort. The mechanic Nuvelle (I hope I am spelling the name correctly) and the shop manager Kelly were very thorough and patient, and fixed the issue quickly. All said and done, I was in and out in 30 min with a very reasonable charge.
This is in contrast to another local shop in Brentwood (that I will not name) which gave me a hard time after they heard that I was requesting them to take a look at the work done by another shop (and therefore likely they were not going to have a big bill for me). They wanted me to leave the car and charge me $200 just to diagnose. In contrast, after listening to my story and witnessing the anguish, AIS took my car in right away. Very empathetic and truly a torch-bearer of the small community culture in Brentwood, in addition to being a very capable shop. Thank You!”
