This location is always busy! There's always a line. It's hit or miss, sometimes the lines move fast sometimes it doesn't. It just depends on what kind of transaction people are doing and the number of tellers working. They have improved since the pandemic though. Still need much improvement. My recent experience was not very good. A representative called me to make an appointment about a CD and I decided to take him up it on the offer. I went to the appointment, showed up 10 minutes early, and he was still with his previous customer which is fine. Until it was my turn. I waited for 15 mins. He didn't even come and acknowledge me or say how much longer he'll be. So, I told the manager and he was not helpful either. Anyway, in the future, if you're going to call someone in, to sell you products or what not, you should take the time to acknowledge your customers. So they don't leave. I been with Wells Fargo for more than 20 years, I think they can do better. By the way I choose to stay with the bank because I like the on line service, just the experience at the local branch needs improvement.

THIS BANK BLOWS! Long lines all the time. Platform officers are useless. You still have to make an appointment to see an officer. Staff at minimal and average wait is 1 hour minimal. I'm moving my checking accounts to Safe America.

They are just making an excuse to get an appointment. Their workers are doing nothing. They need more staff to do their job. Zero customer service

The Brentwood location is closed on the weekends. I suggest the Lonetree location opens until at least 4 p.m. It is not okay customers are being punished for it and have to line up before noon.

MARISSA teller is Rude and Angry Person, she don't know how to treat with customers. I waited in line almost 30mins and I need to deposit $5000 cash in my dad's account. she refused to make deposit in my dad's account even I tell her that I do have account in Wells Fargo so I can transfer money from my account to my dad's account ? she didn't transfer money and suggest me to make cashier check or money order then send money bcz they charge fee for it. WOW even I have cash in my hand and I have money in my account then still can't transfer money............ MARISSA teller was Rude and Angry. Also she provide false information to everyone bcz I have talk to customer service ad they said I can transfer money like that also I have done this like before............

I made an appointment with a banker showed up on time and still had to wait 45mins to be attended to. Had another appointment showed up on time and the banker did not show up. The colleagues did not know where she was. My appointment was an hour after opening so she could have called them and told them so they could reschedule my appointment. Instead no had me drive over there sitting in lobby. I had to call her to find out if she was coming to work or not. We need another branch in Antioch. I find Chase has been way better by far. Sad to say.

More than 50 people waiting outside the branch. Customer service has been declining over the years to the worst. They need to increase open business hours especially on weekends.
