Former Walmart Employee here. Unless you wanna suffer and deal with all of the toxic bullshit Walmart has to offer, this is your best spot. I will never understand how a multi-million dollar company is incapable of treating their employees better and be subjected to rude, ignorant, and toxic customers (yes, I'm gonna be the one to say it). I understand that it's annoying that there is a lot of stuff locked up due to theft, but treating your employees and yelling at them is not a good idea. And let's not forget how customers would yell at you if you check their receipts. Don't even get me started on the customers who would motion me to come to them as if I was a child. This has NEVER happened at the previous location I used to work at. I avoided going to Walmart ever since I left due to the trauma I dealt with while working there. And I don't plan on going back. Save your time and energy and go someplace else.

Went to store for an online purchased requested by Walmart to done In store returns. Store was nice as it names "super", the returns process was easy & store staffs was all professional knowledge & friendly . Yes, I recommended Shop @ Walmart store or online.

Your wonder why Amazon is taking over your business? I've been in the store twice this week buying canning supplies. Today I waited 15 minutes for an employee to open up the locked cabinet. They could not find an electronic unit to work. I asked for a director or store manager to help me. I was told non available. I resent the fact I am treated like a criminal in your store. I wanted to buy a new fry pan and they were locked up. I've already quit buying health and beauty aides from Walmart because they are locked up. Then when someone comes to help they want you to decide immediately what you want without reading the packaging. I'm treated better at Windco.

Worst Walmart I've ever been to. It took way too long just to get someone to open the medicine cabinets, the store is filthy, workers are rude and lazy, and overall experience was awful. I would give it negative stars if I could. Just go to target instead.

If I could give this store a negative 1 review, I would. It is always understaffed, telephone calls are almost never answered, the shelf prices frequently do not match the prices that are rung up and I coukd go on. Have lived in this area for 11 years, and this store has not improved one iota since I moved here. Walmart, you need to do better!

Walmart deserves zero stars. Every time I come to this Walmart and I try to make it few and far in between they are on their BS. Now you need an ID just to get a money order, unbelievable. What next are you going to need my fingerprint, maybe a drop of blood?

Walmart is becoming very easy to shop. I shop in conjunction with my Amazon App. If it's locked up, then Amazon. If it's not, then Walmart. Today's trip cost Walmart $59 in sales. A billion dollar company that can't figure out how to stop theft without inconveniencing the customer astounds me.

Amazon here I come.....Won't be shopping here again what's the point of in-home delivery if I will never receive my groceries (despite detail instructions that associate ignores) they get delivered to someone else apartment or I'm missing few, half or this time all my items and I get reported for fraud.

To sum it up, if you are more concerned about your mental health and want a positive shopping experience, do yourself a favor and go somewhere else where you pay more, but will be a lot cheaper then a therapy bill.

Jen in electronics/photo is the most amazing woman she is the best I needed a photo book made . short notice I'm not tech savvy at all she helped me all the way through it communicated with me til the end .she was working alone running back and forth helping people. She made a point to keep checking in on me there is not many like her she actually cares ..

Great customer service. Wyfi was down on half the check outs so managment let me go to 15 and under line because lines were all the way in the clothes dept. I had way more than 15 items. If he did not let me do this I wouldn't ever go back. It was a test. They passed because I was in a hurry.

The absolute worst!! similar to other post there's no point even trying to call the phone number... Nobody answers. The home delivery service is always late or doesn't even happen at all and then when you call into inquire about your order, they give you the same way that there was an emergency the driver had so couldn't deliver the order. And if you do get your order, most of the items are expired or bad quality, or your perishable food is hot because it's been sitting in somebody's car or somewhere for hours ! I have orders that say the driver attempted to deliver but weren't able to even though they would just be leaving it on my doorstep so there is no way that delivery couldn't happen and then it's impossible to get them to cancel the order and refund your money. I was trying to do the delivery method because the inside of the store is absolutely disgusting. Nothing is stocked. I i'm seriously shocked how this location is still open and in business.

Date: 5/31/24 12:50pm There is literally no point of them having a phone number anymore. You can try any department as well as the operator and no one will answer. After trying every department, I even tried the Pharmacy to see if they would transfer me to someone but it was just back on hold waiting for no one. Costumer service number only provides automated information. 1hour photo phone number says it's been disconnect or no longer in service. Antioch Location (all departments) no answer after 5-10 attempts for each department. Then in person, the staff just can't wait to be done dealing with a costumer.

Not sure about the bad reviews but I think this is a fantastic Walmart. The store is very clean the bathrooms are very clean. There is a lot of employees on the floor and everyone is helpful. The clerks are very helpful. Security is very friendly and always patrolling. The lighting is very nice in the store. And it is well stocked. Excellent Walmart. Been trying to get a hold of the store manager to tell them.

I pushed the buzzer in the Lego section and waited. I pushed again and waited. I shook the glass door and waited. I spoke directly to the camera pointed at me, telling Loss Prevention that I was waiting...and waited. I told the camera that this is BULLSHIT and waited. I looked for an employee on the other toy isles. No such luck. I fully understand why high theft items need to be locked up, but could they PLEASE have a key carrying dedicated employee for each department that has merchandise locked up?? I left to pay for the rest of my items without ever getting helped with the Legos.
