“We were very happy with service when we had appointments. They were short on techs as when we tried to make an appointment before moving away, we couldn’t get one for almost a month. Besides the staffing issue, we’ve always been happy with every vet and tech that helped us.”

“They were very quick and definitive of the results of the tests, and informing us of what to do and, when the results were unusual, told us to get our dog to the emergency hospital, which saves our dogs life, We highly recommend services.”

“Amazing staff, inviting waiting area, and great distraction with the fish tank. However, they are priced higher than some other local vets. Overall, I feel my pet receives better care and the experience is worth the extra cost..”

“I took my cat here because I couldn’t get into our regular vet. This will now be our regular vet until we move. The vet was very kind and informative. Prices were very reasonable. My cat isn’t the nicest guy and they were very understanding of that, even when he decided he was done with everything and lashed out at her. I’m sorry again that he’s so mean.”

“I recently moved to Antioch, hadn't needed the services of a pet clinic prior to Mon. Researched Yelp & all it had to offer, decided to give Lone Tree Vet a try. I am very pleased & satisfied with my decision. Initially, entering the clinic, I was skeptical, first encounter with a Med Assistant, still not comfortable. I've been raising dogs for many years. Consider my girl/dog my child, the young Assistant was in training. I wasn't in the frame of mind to deal with a trainee... Finally, the first dr came in, felt a lil more relief. We decided on x-rays, they were necessary. Yesterday, was our follow-up. A second dr, Dr S called, I was working & had to call back, I did. We had a lengthy conversation & she answered my MANY questions. I appreciated the fact, that she listened & respected my opinions & decisions. I was required to return to the clinic for meds and had an opportunity to have a face to face meeting concerning the next steps of action that would be taken. The Dr was respectful & listened to all my concerns. Greatly, appreciated... Glad I decided to try Lone Tree & feel confident at this point to continue working with them...If you knew me, That Means Alot.”

“Came in on a Monday night because our dog had ingested something toxic for the first time and was showing signs of tremors and shaking. This is our first dog/first scare and we immediately took him here based on a recommendation we received from a dog owner we met at our local dog park who said this was the only clinic willing to take their fur baby in during their dire emergency.Everyone from the front desk team to the doctor (I believe Dr. Ryan was his name) really showed our fur baby, including us, empathy, care and support during this stressful time. Our boy is now back at home and resting at home after the care he received. We are genuinely grateful for the staff that helped us tonight and we recommend this clinic to anyone in need of pet emergency services. Thank you VCA East Bay Vet Emergency team!”

“This place is very good. The doctor was knowledgeable and kind. It was very easy to schedule a visit and promptly fit the urgency of my dog's case. The women at the front were polite, kind, and emphatic. They truly do a good job in Banfield Antioch. I will continue to bring my dogs to this hospital. I recommend it surely. They have grooming too. I haven't used it but the Sunday I was at the hospital, the grooming place was lively and full of cuties.”

“We found this place from our primary vet at Brentwood. Just in case if there's an emergency. Our pup accidentally act some cabbage which cause him to have diarrhea and vomit. We were really worried so we rushed him to an emergency. In the morning, only a few people were waiting. I registered our pup and they brought him in right away. Unfortunately, we had to wait a few hrs because the primary vet had not arrived yet. Later they brought us in. We had a consulation with the doctor and she decided to run some tests to make sure nothing is serious. She advised to go home and they will call us when he's ready. Good news nothing serious with his health from the test results. He just needed to take some meds to cure his diarrhea and vomiting. The next day our pup was back to his normal self.”
