The people are respectful and courteous when they are here , buy they always open late every time time I come by . Sometimes open so late I have to leave for work .

When Art, our regular carrier is working, we get our mail. On his days off, no mail is delivered to me or my neighbors. Some of us are on West 4th Street, some on West 5th Street. My rating would be five stars if we were being delivered regularly, but we're not.

There is a thief postal worker at this location. Twice my bank card was stolen at this location. Each time in a Tuesday. She tried to activate it twice, each time it was on the posted hours for lunch. Once at 1:15pm and at 1:29pm.

This is where I have my PO Box as well as where I do mailing for my home business. Rowena is the only employee who can run this office as smoothly as she does. She has the best personality which makes it nice to go there, as well as she is so organized & efficient. It would be nice if the main post office delivered our mail in a timely manner so that she wasn't left dealing with frustrated customers when it's completely out of her hands. Rowena manages her day so efficiently and I know this because I'm in there at least 2x a day every day.

There are hardly any patrons there, so you're guaranteed to get assistance quickly. Plus, the staff is friendly.

I tracked a package and it said it was in my mailbox. It was not in my mailbox. I sat on hold with the 1800 number for more than an hr, I got a case number and the person helping me said the local usps would call me to check in that day. They did not check in til the next day. They left a message saying theres gps on the scanners and it was put in my mailbox. So you are telling me they couldnt have put it in the wrong mailbox??? The message gave me a number to call and ive called the correct number at least three times and no one answers it just keeps ringing. Now I have to rethink any time I decide to get a package from usps if im actually going to get it and if they are even going to answer their phone if I dont.

We lived in an apartment for 5 years the whole time we had missing mail. They were delivered in lock boxes so it wasn't stolen. I had to have important things delivered to my grandma to make sure I received our mail. Now we just moved across town and again whenever things are delivered through USPS we don't always receive or takes a long time. A little over a month ago I was waiting on a package that was to be delivered that day. As I was leaving to pick up my sons from school I noticed him nextdoor. So i waited, he skipped our mailbox and the next and went straight to the one down the street. He got out of his truck and seen me looking at him. I left to getT my sons and when I got back our mail was there. Now I was waiting on a package for Christmas, it was sent December 11. On Dec. 17 it was out for delivery. I called them after the holiday and they told me he wasn't able to deliver and it was at our post office. I went to pick it up and they said it wasn't there I had to wait for the driver to find it. Really? I recently seen in the news that they fake their deliveries. I believe that l. What an inconvenience to have to go wait in line for a package he never tried to deliver and then not be able to get because he can't do his job. BTW of he tried to deliver I would have gotten a note saying to pick up the package at the post office. And someone is always home during the day at our home.

Not a busy Post Office but also usually only 1 window open at a time. If your in a hurry it's a better post office then the main post office in Antioch.
