I had an Amazon return that is done at this location. I had messed up the return on my phone and had no idea what I was doing. There were two people taking turns trying to help me and helping other customer as my phone had froze. They employees were so kind and helpful. I was so impressed with the way I was treated. The store manager, peetra, is very friendly, kind, and helpful. I had a postal box for a while and all staff did a great job with my mail and packages.

SPECTRUM CABLE just took out all ESPN channels and DISNEY channels off the air right before the NFL kickoff... DISNEY and ESPN is done... UPS.... I am not from this area but needed AUP s store so glad that I walked in here such great service. I needed some photos cut for my passports. They cut them for me and did not even charge me. This is a kind of service in small business. Keep it going UPS store contra Loma.

UPS decided to deliver my package to their own location instead of my house and when I went to pick it up the manager wouldn't even look for it. Complete incompetence. I will live to see UPS bankrupted.

I like to ship from UPS.i usually have a QR code so they just scan it and print my label right there at no extra cost. I ship a lot and prefer to use UPS over the other ways I've tried. They seem to be on time delivering much more often than the other main company. Sometimes there's a line but if you avoid going between 4:00-5:00pm it's great! Usually the people that help are friendly and professional and the ones that aren't, never last long. You can get pretty much anything you need for shipping but I get my shipping supplies before I go to save money. They will also pack your items if you want, at a charge.
