They do not honor online check in. Waited 30 minutes for my turn and the lady said someone is in front of me because they were in the store and it will be another 20 minutes. Ridiculous. I will never go back to this run down place again.

Have gotten my haircut here over the years. When my usual stylist wasn't in, Rolanda was very accomodating, professional and did a great job. A satisfied customer.
