I recently took my car to this car wash for a detailed cleaning, and the experience was a complete disaster. When I went to pick up my car, it was still dirty both inside and outside. I asked them to redo the details, and upon my return, the car was still dusty and dirty inside and out.
After requesting a redo for the third time, I discovered that the front paint of my car was destroyed, along with damage to the side, front, and back bumpers. The window frame paint was also peeled. When I demanded to speak with the manager, he came with an attitude, saying he needed to check the camera footage. He refused to let me see the footage, and later claimed he couldn't see anything clearly on the film. He kept referring to a sign that said the place is not responsible for any damages.
Despite the car being in worse condition than when I brought it in, he had the audacity to ask me to pay for the car wash. When I pointed out that the inside wasn't even clean, he replied that they didn't want to use harsh chemicals, which ironically caused significant exterior damage.
I'm extremely upset that they haven't responded to the Better Business Bureau. I am planning to take them to court for the damage they caused and their refusal to fix it. Avoid this place at all costs.

I usually dont leave reviews but theyre wrong. Not only did they try to push me to get the more expensive wash done “for a good deal”. They did a bad job on my interior(no biggie) but once i got home i noticed an obvious scratch on the back of my car(could’ve been from the drive through machine or brushes they use). I went back to the location with a positive attitude because im understanding and aware that accidents happen but the person either jose or leo cant remember which one he said his name was, literally said “how are you gonna blame us look at all these cars that come they're fine” and told me they could possibly do something but didn't wanna give me the owners info to contact him only his name and literally walked away from me mumbling under his breath pissed off leaving me talking to myself. Go at your own risk i guess, my mistake was not reading previous reviews that also state theyve had damages/scratches from this location.

I hate leaving a negative review but I feel I was totally taken advantage of. I was charged $300, and the job was mediocre. I left my car at 1130 went back to work. After work they still hadn't completed, but had two cars that came After me almost done. I then had to wait after working all afternoon. Terrible professionalism and I have a small car. $300 for a Dodge charger

Amazing team, very professional. Explaining the prices was clear and prices made sense. They provided recommendations based on inspecting the vehicle.
Wait time was about 20 mins for me, however time is different for anybody else.
Will be bring my cars here again, worth a try!

I took advantage of a 10$ coupon for full wash and vaccum. They greeted me quickly and got right on my Ford Maverick. Within 30 min, they had my truck smelling good and shining bright. Even the tires were glistening. Too bad the Everett and Joned bbq wasnt open on Monday. Great experience!

Very high prices, not very good cleaning every door cleaning is extra Brentwood Auto Spa is much better incredible cleaning for only 25 dollars

When I was approached for the car wash, I didn't get any direction at all. I followed the gentleman who took my coupon and ask him do I wait here in the waiting room he was like sure. After the wash I found out my antenna was broken and drove back, the found my antenna in their wash and then tole me to a sign in a random location saying they are not responsible for damages to antennas..... Who doesn't give a warning to tell new customer who don't know how your was is run.... They took my number promising the manager Leo was going to call me th next day since he wasn't in. I waited and came in during lunch and same guy say manager is busy with 4 location and isn't in.... I'm still waiting for that call...
