There aren't many house moving companies in the SF Bay Area and the few that are here all seem like they have plenty of work. Combine that with the fact that no job that includes moving a house is going to be entirely fun, it is remarkable that Ed and his team are as friendly, affordable and/or as responsive as they are. After working with them on our project I feel that the only explanation is that Ed is a great guy who knows that he's offering an important service and that doing a great job matters. Working with Solares is like the old days, when you could trust that people would do what they said, the price would be fair and it all happened over a handshake.

I've called these guys about 3-4 times, and they never got back to me with an estimate ... not sure if they are too busy to take on another project, or they just rely on bad secretary... overall they seem UNRELIABLE !!!
