“My house burned down and I had to get a storage quickly, I have now been using public storage on sunset for almost a year and a half and have had no issues at all. The lady at the front Utoana was always happy to help in any way she could. She was helpful and friendly and always had a smile on her face. ( not like other storage places where the ladies are just plain rude)
I highly recommend using Public Storage but not just any one, the one on Sunset is the best minus the early hours that they close but otherwise the lady who runs it is great and I have had not have I seen any issues with break ins.

I think her name was Vanessa, who helped my husband and i with a fast check in. She was nice and very helpful. Customer service was excellent and the prices were better than others we have looked into.”
“Employees can make or break a business and Public Storage at Deer Valley Rd in Antioch is fortunate to have Tabitha running things there. I've been there twice to try and find a storage situation and she has been incredibly helpful. She is full of energy and gives good information left and right and is just one of those people that radiates kindness and a hard working attitude. If I had a business of any kind I'd try to hire her away from Public Storage. She really went out of her way to help me get exactly the unit I needed. Thanks.”

“SUPER CONSCIENTIOUS employees and management!!! Recommended by a good friend (who was a self storage resident manager elsewhere in Antioch). My mom was moving so Cary S. recommended Bridgehead, saying that the businesses know each other and know who is more reliable and has an employee there all the time. The place is alarmed; if your unit is opened without the keypad entry, staff comes out right away to check your unit. Mom had 3 units at once (different sizes), then consolidated down to 1 unit. We always dealt with employee Minnie who is friendly, patient, thorough, and efficient; that's what we all want in customer service. Minnie always recognized me and my mom. 7 days a week and the hours are good; a friend in Livermore complained that a place near him wasn't open on Sundays, which made me realize that other businesses can be quite a bit worse. The price was reasonable throughout our 12 years, and we felt at peace, knowing that our items were safe and never had water damage. It served my mom well. I know, 12 years is a long time, but that's what it took for my mom and now we cleared out our storage unit. (Google is giving me an error for uploading photos, but I'll try again later.)”

“This place is great for anyone in the Bay Area with a trailer. I had my trailer here for at least 3 years. I never had any issues, the staff always did their best to accommodate my requests (including getting access when I need to get my rig out early or when I was running late) and security was never an issue. The location was great to avoid Bay Area traffic and get to any major freeway. You also can't find better monthly rates!”
“Staff is present and available during posted hours. Security although mostly cameras, gates and doors are maintained to ensure security f stored items. Place is clean. Restroom availability is a great feature. I commend site staff in maintaining the facilities.”
