The young lady working last night [5/24/24] very unprofessional she immediately complimented my looks and made highly suggestive comments and even went as far as to offer free gas if I would "just let her taste the tip" after her shift. Best part was she refused to let me buy gas and demanded I leave once id turned her advances down. Oh all in front of my 6 and 10 year old children I might add

This is the 3rd time I went to this Safeway bought meat/ seafood product got home and find out its been expired for over 1 month and more. 3 times already. Very frustrating especially when it’s suppose to be your dinner for that night.

Always clean and pumps are secured. I still check the pump security seal and for skimmers regardless.

Very rude cashier canceled my transaction as I was already in the process of paying to my gas at the pump saying they were now closed even though it was only 10 45 ..and had already put my card in the pump etc. She told me she didn't care cause "she was trying to go home" and when I pointed out that it was 15 min early and that I had already began my transaction she said she didn't care and thar I could sit out here all night but I wasn't getting any gas...smh this is the type of person you ha e d re along with customers??

Great people work here who are very attentive to your needs. If you ever have any issues, they are quick to come out and resolve it. The only downside to this place is that at times their coffee would be cold in the morning... but I'm not going to ding them for that. So I just go somewhere else for coffee or make it at home.

Hi, I went to the safeway gas station off Hillcrest and deervalley in antioch. The employee working that day was a lady named Brianna. It wad busy, very busy and she had her hands full. In all that was going on she maintained a pleasant attitude and was very friendly and helpful. Usually whoever is there are rude and impatient. So getting off work, almost running out of gas and a migraine, she was a ray of sunshine on that cloudy day. For her to be pregnant also, a must keeper.

The service here is Horrible I pulled up to the gas station at 1054 and Thomas told me they were closed. I'm like it says you guys close at 11 and he was like where does it say that. So he turned off the pumps at 1055 when o tried to get gas. I asked Thomas for the managers name and number and he told me no. You guys need to retrain your employees on customer service because he lacks that alot.
