Scammers! We took our car to them, and 2 days and $1,600.00 later, we left with a cracked gear shift box. After this happened, we took our car to a certified mechanic and he confirmed 'someone' tampered with the gear shift box. In the past, they use to be great and honest mechanics! Im not sure what changed, but we will NOT be going back!

When I first moved back to Antioch Ralph was my only friend . Ralph and Don are the only ones that service my truck . They are the only ones I know that service OBD1 and OBD2 systems.
Roseberry Car Care is the only place I take my truck for service . They are also experts at old school car repairs. ?

First time at Roesbery Car Care and the referral did not disappoint. My van needed the oil filter housing unit replaced along with new spark plugs. Ralph was super nice and friendly. He took the time to show me the broken parts and explained to me how everything worked and why it needed to be replaced. Expressed his concern for my safety and I appreciated him educating me, such a nice place to get your car fixed. Thank you so much!!

Took my car there about 4 weeks ago ... I was told I would hear back within the week. No call . So I called myself 2 weeks ago left a message no call back .. so today I went down in person to see what was going on .. they told me they couldn't fix my problem because they has a car on the rack already .. supposedly they had lost my number . So basically my car was there for 4 weeks and didn't even get the problem fixed ... I have been a customer there for many years.. but I will not be giving them anymore of my business .

I decided to try this small business in my neighborhood due to almost 5 star reviews. What a bad decision on my part. They are fraudulent and dishonest! Do not bring your car here! I brought my Honda CRV back in December 2022 due to starter turning on and off and thought the starter would need to get replaced , as the car is a 2008. They said they will run a diagnostic to detect the problem and repair. They charged for diagnostic, new battery replacement, oil change, and seal a leak that was potentially the cause of my car having faulty starter issues , for total of $600. I was confident the job was successful. Well, i kept having trouble with the starter. I brought the car back in January 2023 stating it continued with the SAME problem. NOW, they said it was the starter that need to be replaced for additional $600 as they ran the diagnostic . I asked why the diagnostic done back in December did not show that and they charged me for a thorough diagnostic. they said because that was not the problem in that time. I took my car to another small auto shop. They charged me $475 to replace the starter and $55 to replace one of the tubes/hoses. The mechanic showed it it me and it was had cuts on it like it was intentionally tampered with. Do not bring your car here. I am retired and live in a budget. I definitely did not expect to have this kind of experience. I ended up paying double. I wanted to share my bad experience so no one else goes through it.I was advised by the mechanic , that actually fixed my car, to report to the Bureau of Automotive Repair complaint . If anyone had similar experience with this shop. You should as well.

I couldn’t even schedule an appointment I called from 8 am to 9 am no one picked up and by the way you guys should empty your voicemail so you can actually call the customers back when you missed their call
