These apartments are great to live in and I know if I ever have a problem I know I can run to the best manager around. Baron goes above and beyond every time and I know with him around we’re all safe, and our concerns met.

I lived here as my first apartment out of high school into college. Leasing office staff, while polite face to face and were really good to get along with, seemingly didn’t like to answer their phones or emails and could care less about certain things happening in the complex. Fun fact! One of my bedrooms in my two bedroom one bath apartment did not get a fire alarm and I was told that I get the fire detector later and never in my year of living there did I get one for that room! I don’t blame the current office for this as when I had just moved in the leasing office had changed management. Leaking faucets (sometimes the shower head too) especially in the bathroom and not only mine but my neighbors toilet bar snapped inside the toilet tank and this I had to fix on my own with my own money as the maintenance person changes every other month or they simply just doesn’t do things in a timely manner. Again, I believe by the time I was moving out the maintenance person changed and I had a really pleasant experience with him as he fixed my drawer as the front part of my cutlery drawer had fallen off and nails were exposed. So fun! Sprinklers are going on all morning and all night and flood the paths around the complex and I think they justified raising my rent by $300 when my lease was up because of this lol. Washing/drying machine facilities always has something going on, either not working or broken machines or they’re dirty or all of them has someones old and moldy laundry in the. It’s like $2 or so to do a load of washing and a load of drying. Something was always either broken or being “worked” on. Only small plus side is most of the neighbors here are nice or just simply mind their business HOWEVER people are almost always working on cars in the parking area, for like a month or so after they moved in strange men would go by mine and my neighbors doors in the middle of the night, security was rarely present unless a preexisting domestic dispute was occurring, someone stole a cat carrier off of my porch we caught them on video and the leasing office refused to do anything about it so again, i had to track it down myself. Also say goodbye to your security deposit because they charge mandatory cleaning fees no matter what you do to clean your apartment. I lived here for a year and my experience was more than subpar. My only advice is if you can’t afford anything better than this, you will survive here, but if you’re not having to settle save yourself money, the time, and the stress and don’t move in here. Finally, my last piece of advice if you’re going to live here is to buy a ring camera or some type or video camera and don’t leave anything you value on your front porch/balcony because the leasing office is indifferent to thefts in their complex. Good luck!

The worst experience. Nothing is transparent and nothing is shared which is important to know before renting an apartment.
