Nadjib was early! He was fast and his price was 1/3 of what the "other guy" estimated! He did the work in less than 1/2 hour, the other guy told me it would take him 3 hours to finish the job! Very friendly and professional guy, don't call the "other guy" call Nadjib!Services: Plumbing pipe repair

Nadjib is an dependable, professional and trustworthy business owner. If you have a Hot Water Heater issue, I recommend calling Reliable Water Heaters first.Our water heater went south on a Saturday morning in February 2021. I started calling local companies in the Pleasanton, CA area for service. We really wanted our hot water on the weekend, not schedule an appointment during the following week. After calling several businesses, Nadjib answered my call and was at our house within 30 minutes wearing his mask and pandemic conscious. We discussed the bad heater. Nadjib verbally quoted me and we agreed to do the job same day. He ran to his supplier to get the replacement WH prior to their 12 noon closing time. Shortly he returned and went to work replacing our 75 gallon WH. Nadjib completed the job by 3:00pm and really paid a lot of attention to his work quality and cleaning the entire area around the WH in our garage. The 16 year old hot water recirculation pump looked brand new, and the quality of the copper piping was exceptional.After Nadjib completed the job and was on his way, a few of the plumbing companies I called in the morning started returning my calls from the morning. It is likely they were well practiced at calling back at the end of the day to schedule calls during the upcoming work week, keeping customers without hot water for who knows how long.I will always recommend calling Nadjib at RELIABLE WATER HEATERS first, after our experience with him yesterday.Service: Water heater installation

I called this business out of the blue when my water heater blew. I checked the reviews which were all excellent. They booked me for an immediate appointment. I told them what I wanted and they came right over and fulfilled perfectly. This is the luckiest I've felt in years. It's almost worth the water heater going out. I made a phone call due to water leaking from top seam of my water heater. After giving my address to the rep by text, the service guy came just in 45mins, quite fast. Called at 2:10 pm, told me they would be there between 3-5pm, wow. Showed up at 3.38 and texted me 10 min out. Replaced a pressure valve and determined my inlet pressure to the house was way high. Added a regulator to the inlet. Took 90 min, had all parts, boom......done! 5 stars for getting the job done and fast!

The pilot in the water heater kept going out. Najib came on time, diagnosed quickly and he was done within a half an hour. He had parts on him which was impressive and he also replaced the pilot. He was efficient, on time, and easy to work wtih. We would definitely work with him again!

We had a Noritz water heater with an error 14; thermo fuse replacement was required.After further investigation with numerous plumbers, we decided to go with Nadjib.He is thorough, transparent, responsive, on-time, on-budget and professional.I highly recommend him.
