I recently sold my home in Antioch and listed with Rodney & Ursula Lal at Prime Vintage Realty. I could not be happier with the outstanding level of service that I received from them and their agency! From the get-go, Rodney was available and ready to assist me with all aspects of the daunting job of preparing my house for sale. From advising what needed to be done and what I didn't have to do was amazing! I did what he suggested and the entire process (albeit stressful, as all moves are) I got through it, much in part to his assistance all the way! I am now settled in my new location (and eagerly awaiting the birth of my first grandchild) and I want to just say that the expertise and exceptional service that I got from Rodney and his team made the whole experience better than expected! Rodney was the listing agent for my parents' home and did a fantastic job guiding them through a very stressful process. He secured multiple offers over asking and closed in 3 weeks. Even though he wasn't their buyers agent, he offered guidance and support to help protect their interests. He even helped with connecting them to moving company referrals and helping them sell items to downsize. I appreciated his willingness to keep me informed so I could offer my parents support at each stage. Highly recommend!!!

Purchased and sold homes with these guys and have been very happy with the service. I like to leave it to the experts when it comes to real estate. They got me top dollar for my house and we had multiple offers to choose from. They've been in this business for a very long time and know it all.

Horrible service. Called to get information about a rental listed online and Rodney answered very unprofessionally talking to someone else in the backround and told told me to hold on then hung up and never called back. Definitely will never recommend this company to anyone.
