Love coming here!! Staff is ALWAYS so nice and they are really educated on the needs of pets. I always appreciate learning about new products that are safe for my dog.

My dog takes a lot of time to dry. I ask for some more time on the dryer and they say,
"ok, no problem".
Recently, they started charging me for two washes if i required extra dry time. only at this location. ONLY AT THIS LOCATION. Will not return here any more, after coming 8 years.

My wife took our dogs there and the manager lady told her to prefer not to groom them and they only have 25 mins now I looked it up and it says that there’s no time limit… there was other people that took longer and didn’t get asked to “are you done yet?” It’s crazy how they treat customers and btw I still got 12 + coins I don’t know if I even want to come back there… to be treated NOT EQUALLY… we’ve been goin there since they opened we never had a problem with them till now… which is weird… because they are so nice… USUALLY…. I don’t know if she’s having a rough day…. But that’s not how you treat your customers…

Seems like management lately has forgotten how to do customer service. We’ve shopped here for years, but the last month or so the management has had a vendetta on customers. Rude, not helpful, and unapologetic. We left everything on the counter last time because she was rude. Hope this store figures out what customer service in a retail business really means soon.

Just left the store, where I pay a higher price for healthy food for my dogs. 2 out of the 3 workers were very rude. I will be looking elsewhere for my dog food. Customer service should be more of a priority.
