This company is a ripoff. Seems they work with APD on towing stolen vehicles with the express purpose of holding the vehicle until the storage fees are to onerous for the owner to afford. The APD and PES do not attempt to contact you about the recovery until the fees become excessive. Avoid at allCost

Looking for stars because of their responsive they beat almost everybody's price but they got me for $20 more than the lowest cost and that is enough for four stars I would give them five because they definitely went out of their way to service me but that $20 man that $20 if you get it just lowered it 20 more dollars you got five stars full service I still appreciate the lift still one of the cheapest in town and very short notice and I appreciate it especially since I didn't have to be there that was really good so you know what okay five stars all right you got five stars no damage to the car not that I would have mattered the junk but thank you

As usual they responded in a reasonable amount of time and took care of my needs. Driver was friendly and professional. If I need services my insurance doesn't cover I always call PES.

Don't ever use this towing place.These guys are crooks. My car was towed against my will. They didn't even ask my permission to tow my car. They charged me $591 just to store it for less than 24 hours. I have triple AAA and they still towed my car without my permission. STAY FAR AWAY FROM THIS PLACE. This place should be out of business. Nobody ever use this place. I'm warning everyone.Service: Car towing

This place towed my car against my will. They steal your car without your permission.They charged me $591 for less than 24 hours. I didn't even want them to tow my car. I would give them no stars if I could. STAY AWAY FROM THIS PLACE. I had AAA to tow my car. This place should be out of business and the owner should be put in jail.

I will definitely be calling BB on them awful service don't know that customers have rights. Most of the time there dealing with County Workers and they don't know it smh.

Very helpful on the phone....when I arrived I could not find the office. The owner was aware that I was out there and came and found me. Normally my experience at tow yards is less than helpful but not the case here!

how they rip you off even more is the owner I believe it is "Carlos" says he can't meet you until 4pm every day apparently which is after they charge you an additional for the day even tho you can call at 9am and be ready to pick it up. They won't show up until after the day is counted. Nothing special about this tow company.

Have bought 2 cars from this place twice now and both times I end up having issues with the vehicle. Thankfully it hasn't been any major work needed... Overall they are helpful and got reasonable prices when you dont have that much to spend
