Don't go here. I dropped off my package thinking it would be fine it has been a week and my trade in phone has not been scanned in for it's tracking status. tried calling and the guy said it was not his fault and blames fedex for being lazy and slow.

This place is only open to scam people. This guy charged me $15 to scan 6 pages to my email that in total took less than 2 minuets!! Horrible service ! Will not recommend!

Apparently, this business is hard up for money and customer. I used this business as the pickup place for my Ipostal Virtual mailbox. The first time I picked up a piece of mail, the owner tried to convince me to cancel my account with Ipostal and use his boxes instead. I refused due to my purpose for choosing this type of mailbox. I have received several pieces of mail after that and I was able to have my family member pick it up for me since I'm out of town (this is not a disadvantage to this service. And typically the women who works there is very nice and accommodating, except for today.) I called to check on a piece of mail that was listed as picked up, although I did not request a pickup. When I called I was told the mail was still there and that it was placed as pickup because I was out of town. Although, I appreciate the attempt at trying to assist, it made the situation more confusing because I was gone to request for it to be mail to me through Ipostal. When I called to resolve the situation I was once again asked for my credit card information and told that they would ship it directly. I informed the owner that my card information is store with Ipostal and I prefer to just have them send it. The owner got mad and started threatening to reject all my mail since I was not willing to give him my credit card information. He started to over-talk me and not listen to what I was saying at all. He then put the lady back on and she starts to accuse me of yelling at her after she said she couldn't hear what I was trying to explain. They both overreacted because they were upset because they claimed that Ipostal was getting all my money and I wanted them to ship my mail for free. I pay Ipostal every time I have mail ship and that it the contract that they agreed to as a receiving business. I am more than certain they get a piece of the cost. So I am not sure why they are constantly trying to get access to my credit when they don't need it. I also don't want to be haggled to every time I access a business or treated rudely because I don't want a service. Pass them up unless you want service from money hungry people.

"Warning" The old guy working here have no idea of what he's doing, I came to print some documents and he couldn't do it right. Its a waste of time doing business at this store.

If I could rate it no stars I would. I came to this place for the first time Monday off of a recommendation to get a package shipped off. The lady that was at the counter treated me respectfully and was super friendly. I needed a return label and was told it would be $1. She said this out loud a few times and at any point in time the older man behind the counter could have corrected her on the price but he didn't. It wasn't until the older man came up to the register to ring me up that he said it would be $2 instead. Which seemed to be sketchy because the lady was surprised he was charging me $2 instead of $1. So I said it was fine but asked why he didn't correct her or tell me off the back it wasn't the right price and he just responded rudely. So I ended up getting ringed up for the label and 2 envelopes I was purchasing. I had an exchange of words with the lady and at the end of the day I ended up just wanting to pay for the label. I paid with card and was thinking the man would cancel the transaction and just ring me up for the label instead he chose to pull out cash and slammed it on the counter and said here so I just looked at it kinda surprised that he just did that so he proceeded to make a comment saying what is that not enough then grabs a nickel and slams that on the counter as well and says here. I told him he was being rude and at that point I just asked for a complete refund and left. His people skills are poor and I was in no way rude until he started being rude. Thank you to the lady behind the counter for the great service but the older man needs training in customer service.

Don't go there for flat rate mailing. Called ahead to ask if their charge was !the same as the PO for flat rate Mailing and told it was the same. Charged $25.75 for a medium flat rate box. PO charge was $14,40. Some convenience fee of $11.35!

I had to send a shipment to a PO box and sent it UPS. I've been checking the shipping status and it says it's going to be delivered on Friday(yesterday). I check to see if it was delivered and it tells me that the package will be returned because UPS doesn't ship to PO boxes. WTH! If this is the case why did this "shipping" company allow me to ship this package via UPS? Wouldn't you assume since this is a shipping company they would know something like this? Isn't that their specialty? I don't suggest you use them if you're shipping stuff, there's a chance it won't be shipped correctly and you'll be stuck in my position.

The young man who helped me was very polite and professional. He was able to print my documents, notarize them, and send them off all within the same transaction. I would definitely use their services again.

How do you offer printing service and not know how to adjust documents to fit the full page. Instead proceed to blame the customer that the format was wrong. Didnt even try to help resolve the problem. AND still charged me for the printout. Just as long as he got paid is all that mattered.
