After leaving dodge service area completely disgusted. I went across the street and the staff was amazing and helpful. They tested my battery which I thought it was and I got my alternator at way cheaper than the dealership was going to charge me for, more than half. They even connected me with someone to install it for me which saved me even more time and money. Cheers to going the extra mile. A rare commodity but shouldn't be. Thank you
