Combine that with the fact that no job that includes moving a house is going to be entirely fun, it is remarkable that Ed and his team are as friendly, affordable and/or as responsive as they are. After working with them on our project I feel that the only explanation is that Ed is a great guy who knows that he's offering an important service and that doing a great job matters. Working with Solares is like the old days, when you could trust that people would do what they said, the price would be fair and it all happened over a handshake.”

I think her name was Vanessa, who helped my husband and i with a fast check in. She was nice and very helpful. Customer service was excellent and the prices were better than others we have looked into.”

“SUPER CONSCIENTIOUS employees and management!!! Recommended by a good friend (who was a self storage resident manager elsewhere in Antioch). My mom was moving so Cary S. recommended Bridgehead, saying that the businesses know each other and know who is more reliable and has an employee there all the time. The place is alarmed; if your unit is opened without the keypad entry, staff comes out right away to check your unit. Mom had 3 units at once (different sizes), then consolidated down to 1 unit. We always dealt with employee Minnie who is friendly, patient, thorough, and efficient; that's what we all want in customer service. Minnie always recognized me and my mom. 7 days a week and the hours are good; a friend in Livermore complained that a place near him wasn't open on Sundays, which made me realize that other businesses can be quite a bit worse. The price was reasonable throughout our 12 years, and we felt at peace, knowing that our items were safe and never had water damage. It served my mom well. I know, 12 years is a long time, but that's what it took for my mom and now we cleared out our storage unit. (Google is giving me an error for uploading photos, but I'll try again later.)”
