I always feel I'm bother when I'm there. The staff seem un interested. Really poor customer service. Can't recommend this company. The Dan Ramon store is a little better.

This place is a joke! Customer service is non existing . I had ordered a top cap for a wall we waited months for the items to arrive when it finally did arrive it was completely wrong color. We went back and forth with Morgans and manufacture of the stone (to finally get refund). Morgan will not stand behind the product that they sell. The gentleman behind the counter does not stand behind his word, he will tell you one thing one day and change the story a week later. I do not recommend this place for materials.

Service wasn't that great. I called before I arrived to ask if they had aloe Vera plants. I was told that they did.. when I asked the young lady behind the counter (yadira) about the plants, she pointed to where they were and proceeded to continue helping the customer whom she had been helping when I walked in. I then saw no plants that said aloe Vera, only aloe rose safari plants and was unsure if that plant would work for what I needed for. I asked yadira if they were the same and she said she thought so; she was a really sweet lady just didn't seem to be much help or knowledgeable in the for this business.

They just don't care about the common customer. I now drive to The Brickyard in Concord/Clyde where I'm treated like a customer. They may service the professional trade in a manner they accept... but I want kindness and service. I don't seem to get this from the Morgan's team.

Just went here very excited and everything is just withering away it looks like everything is severely underwatered and honestly it’s not much to keep up with. The pictures online make it look a whole lot better then it is I wouldn’t waste your time coming.

The Latina chick that works the sales desk here is a rude miserable woman. I buy from Morgan's San Ramon all the time and only am at this store due to its location to the job. I've come twice and she's been un pleasant both times. Fix your attitude lady.

Very poor customer service!!!! A guy with glasses (behind the counter person) was very rude and obnoxious.He refused to help and didn't want to give recommendations. He went as far as telling me to "go somewhere else" if I didn't like what they have!!! This establishment need to retrain their staff otherwise they will lose more business. They definitely lost my landscaping business!!! BEWARE OF THE RUDENESS YOU ARE ABOUT TO ENCOUNTER WHEN YOU VISIT THIS PLACE!!!

They used to be the premier nursey in the East Bay and their high prices matched their high service and selection. Those days are no more. The selection is sparse at best and poorly cared for. There is but one competent nursery woman working there and she is ill equipped to discuss the latest in organic and heirloom growing. The rest of the staff are unable to answer questions, rude or disinterested and infuriating with their lazy unwillingness to learn the basics of their trade. If it weren't for their proximity I would never go and only shop Sloat.
