So we took our car here to get an estimate to get fixed and we were able to ahead and drop the car off. The service this far is great. They came out right away to look at the car and wrote up paper work. I can’t remember the service reps name but he was very polite and helpful.I can’t let you know the quality or value of service quite fully because we just dropped the car. But I will do an update once we get the car back. However, customer service is excellent!The building is nice and clean, and if you have wait there is a very nice lounging/lobby area. They also offer coffee and tea while you wait. That’s pretty cool. Oh one last thing they offered a shuttle service as well. So more to come on this review…

So we took our car in on a Friday and got it back the following Friday! That's fast. The car was back to its original shape. James who helped us throughout the process was so helpful and took the time to explain everything. He gave us recommendations on how to maintain the look of the car and products that we may want use. The quality of service is top notch. Very professional.

My car was vandalized. It's 2 years old. The whole passenger side was scratched up and carved like a holiday turkey. This was the Thursday before Christmas. I called them and they got me immediately for an inspection. They took my car in right away and had it back to me the next day. They did an awesome job and turned such a negative experience into a positive one. My car looks new again. My thanks to Crash Champions!

The website had a lot of options but I havent yet actually contacted them. You can take photos of the damage to your car and they give you guidelines to help take them correctly and then submit them. I never made it that far so unfortunately, I couldn't tell you if they are good at responding or not. I'm fixing a Toyota and this is the place the dealership recommends. I plan to give them a try and once I do, I'll provide a review.

Horrible customer service skills by the young ladie running the front desk. First she decided to stare me up and down and then ignore me for a while she looked at her cell phone. Time is money and money is time. Nevermind, I took my buisness somewhere else. ?♂️?♂️?♂️?♂️ millenial business skills all the way at the place. lol ?

I brought my Honda here for a 12k repair and was very satisfied with not only the final product, but the communication and quickness in getting my car back on the road again ! James was my advisor throughout the process and kept me well informed and answered all questions with ease and great detail. Great customer service. Everyone was really nice and responsive. Answered every question I had. The car came out looking really good. They let me know if I have any problems to come back. I went through my AAA insurance. I like that they have a text systems updating you. I would definitely recommend to come here especially to this location. Thank you Lauri, Jeff Paul and everyone who worked on my car. I definitely want to give a special thank you to Lauri because she was really amazing with all her help. She knows what I went thru with hertz ( Antioch location ) and she was so helpful. She went beyond her job and that says a lot about her work ethic.

I don't like the fact that they work with the insurance company (as in they are in cahoots) and they don't really take care of their customers needs or wants first.
