We were buying at a really chaotic time, but Michele was a fantastic realtor. She is highly knowledgeable of not only California real estate, but of the nuances that go along with buying based on different counties. As a couple that just moved to California, it was really great to have someone who could answer all of our questions and explain each step in the process - especially when on top of everything else one of us was a first-time buyer! Michele truly went the extra mile showing us homes all across the Bay and working with us as our needs and priorities changed along the way. We would 100% recommend Michele to anyone looking for a knowledgeable, patient, and kind realtor in the area.

I can't even begin to thank Michele enough for all that she did to help our family with the selling of our home. She was extremely honest, communicative, professional, polite and flexible. It felt like she dropped everything for us. She made us feel important and that we were her priority. Selling or buying a home can be stressful and nerve racking but she made everything stress free and easy. We truly appreciate Michele. THANK HER you girl for EVERYTHING!!

I cannot recommend Michelle enough to help you find your dream home or sell an existing home. She is knowledgeable, professional, helpful, enthusiastic, and she truly goes above and beyond for her clients. I didn’t think I could compete in this current market of large down payments and bidding wars, but Michelle believed in me and worked tirelessly to help me achieve my dream of once again owning a home. Michele Dotson is a world class Realtor.We are an Air Force family, stationed out of Travis Air Force Base. We got word we were getting re-stationed out of state, and had to sell our home fast. We hired Michele as our Realtor, and we are so glad that we did. She understood our deadline, was incredibly professional, very knowledgeable about the current market, and a pure joy to work with.While we were getting the house ready to be photographed, listed, and shown, our Airman was sent overseas for a two-week trip that turned into three weeks. We have three small children, 7, 2, and 1 years old. Selling a house during Covid times, managing three kids schedules, two that are babies, having a first grade distance learner, plus getting a house ready to be sold tested me like no other.Michele was always understanding of my hectic schedule with the kids, and seriously went above and beyond to help me out while I was alone managing it all. She provided me a checklist of how to get the house ready. She delivered me boxes, packing material, tape and a tape-gun to pack away personalized items. She offered to take the kids and the dog to the park. She was a shoulder to cry on when I was having a melt down trying to get it all done by myself. She was an absolute amazing advocate for our family when representing us to potential buyers and their agents. She was extremely understanding of our situation and really felt like family throughout the whole selling process, and thereafter. Michele just honestly cares about her clients. We are truly grateful to her for a wonderful experience, in a hectic time in our lives.We cannot say enough about how much Michele went above and beyond, even after the sale was final, which really speaks to her character. She is smart, detail oriented, represents her clients well, is honest and fair, and got us well over what we were expecting for our home. The presentation of all of the marketing material she created was extremely innovative and smart. We highly recommend Michele, and will definitely be life long clients of hers.

Michele made my home selling experience not only hassle and stress free, but she also made all the right decisions, timed perfectly, to make the entire transaction far exceed my expectations! From when to put it on the market, listing price, necessary and unecessary repairs, scheduling showings and reviewing offers, Michele proved to me that she knew what would work in my best interest, and that she had done her homework. Her pleasant personality made communicating my sometimes novice questions an easy task. She even went above and beyond in helping my roommates find new living arrangements. I loved how she tracked how my home was performing against similar listings, calling me with weekly reports and increased marketing efforts to keep my home at the top of the “views” and “favorites” lists.
