Don't apply for their lowes credit card in store. You will be a sure victim of fraud, waiting 7 to 10 days with more bad news still arriving wasting time again and again. Never again will I ever apply for any coupon or dicey instant discount that never happened, costing much more time and money

I came in today looking for a gasket lining for a heat element, instead of being pointed in the right direction, i was rudely spoken too by the sales associate who is in charge of isle 14-15. I was told " why would this item be here? You're not gonna find it all. We don't sell that in this isle". I do not work in this establishment it's not my job too know these isles. Do better & learn how too speak too others

Nikki was a amazing and very helpful I just got a dryer installed and she made the process a lot easier and also help me get an estimate on the flooring in my household she's an amazing customer service representative who most certainly really needs a raise

I shopped online but thought I was on the store nearest my house. I paid and went to pick up items, but they were at the other store. I had to go there instead. I set the south Antioch store as my store. Idk why it switched to the other store.

Came here to get the garage door opener. The item was not on the shelf. I ask the rep. name Wayne. He was helping someone on the computer. He asked politely if I had more shopping to do. I told him I would come back. When I came back he was just finished helping with the other customer and getting the ladder to get me the garage door opener. They are all stored on the very top shelf and only people who work there can get it. He also asked me if I was done with my shopping, he would ring up for me. Wow, that was convenient. Wayne has an excellent customer service! Good job!

My father, who is a long time patron of this store, was unfortunately accused of stealing without merit. While he was ultimately and quickly offered an apology, the experience is one that should have never occurred. Such actions speak poorly of local management and makes it increasingly difficult to support local businesses in a community that sorely needs it. My recommendation is that Lowes employ immediate remedial measures for the benefit of their customers sooner than later.

Worst experience, there was a guy standing at Customer service! supposedly is a Manager I believe ‘’Joseph ‘’ was his name my concern is that if he’s standing there he should offer options to resolved the problem not being repugnant and wasting our time for a No I can’t help you.

This is the worst Lowe’s in Contra Costa county. Came with a return that was sold to me by a Lowe’s associate as guaranteed to work or free. The package also was labeled “guaranteed to work or it’s free”. The manager Ericka refused to give me a refund and was very nonchalant about my money being wasted. This was after I stood in the return line for 20 minutes while there was 1 cashier while 5 other employees just standing around talking. Great job managing Erica !

Lowe's in Somersville has always shown good customer service. I do get annoyed being B.S.ed by staff unfamiliar with a request. It's best to learn the names of the Go-To guys that know the store and products or will guide you to someone with more knowledge.

Woman at the return center and most of the cashiers are incredibly rude. It's strange they Put their employees with the worst customer service on the register because the floor staff are much better

Best experience because of Sally the employee in the flooring department who helped me. She was helpful knowledgeable everything you want in an employee. Night and day compared to the other Big box store
