Eric in the paint department was a huge help. We were leaving pretty upset because no one ever responded at the flooring section. He was very friendly, knowledgeable and gave great customer service. He explained the paint gun functions with ease.

It's my favorite place to go. Do not like Home Depot at all. Lowes always has what I need. Don't like the self check out, which does not take cash, so then you have to check out at the customer service counter, which has a cash drawer. Could be worse.

Bought this, Bissell . When I got home and unpacked it, this is how it looked. Obviously, someone used it and returned it. They didn't have another in stock. Now I need to go to a whole different city. I spent over 10k in October and had issues. I didn't do a bad review because they made it right. If they had done something, I wouldn't have written this.

I have no faith in this store. The home warranty company worked with Lowe's to replace a microwave in our home and it has been several weeks and we have received excuse after excuse as to why the product is not available to for pick up and installation. I am extremely frustrated with this location. The only resolutions that I am being offered is to wait another 5-7 days and hope for the best. Unacceptable! I will never intentionally do business with this location again.

Went there to buy roll vinyl flooring or what you used to call linoleum, when I asked for the employee to cut me a piece of it that was only 3 ft wide but the length of the Roll which would be how they sell it it's known as a linear foot. According to the stores online policy and the store manager they will sell me one foot or they will sell me whatever I asked them to cut. The lady refused to cut less than 10 ft. We left the store not wanting to deal with more employees with attitude that have been improperly trained. I contacted the corporate office and checked on the policies and was told that they will sell me one foot or whatever I asked for. Contacted the store manager and was told the same thing. Came back to the store a few days later. Ask to speak with the manager to make sure that I was not going to have a problem. He told me to go back to the flooring center where I encountered the same employee. This time she had been told by the manager that I was there to get flooring. She conveniently had to wait on another customer and after waiting around for 20 minutes for her to come back another employee came over and cut the flooring for me. When I only asked for again 3 ft. I think because of the experience they gave me about 10 ft or at least what was left on the roll. Ended up leaving with way more flooring than I needed. Not to say that this is going to happen to you if you go there but at least they tried to make up for some of the inconvenience they'd given me the week before in general it's just like every other store yeah they sell lumber yeah they've got overpriced nuts and bolts and barbecues and tools that are outrageously expensive. They currently have the same problems with theft everybody else does. But if you need a Lowe's hardware or a hardware store it's not bad however I would not buy their house brand Valspar paint. We used it during a home renovation 2 years ago. The stuff peels off the wall and sheets almost like it's made of rubber. And it doesn't adhere to the surface underneath even though the surface underneath was primed drywall. Just an FYI
