Extremely rude and unprofessional people. I want to give them a negative 0 star too bad the option isnt available. Do not go here you will be charged 500$ for filing fees and make you pay upfront if you have to pay in. They take calls that don't pertain to you when they are working with you on your appointment, and they don't tell you everything you should know. They also dont give an option to pay little by little it's all or nothing and then when you refuse they become even more hostile the man tossed my paper work across the desk woth a massive attitude.

Had my taxes done bere last year went good. So I went back this year and not going next year. They gave me one price and when I got my taxes they charged me more money, than what they told me almost 150.00 more. Will be looking for someone else next year.

I have been getting my taxes done by Liberty tax on Hillcrest in Antioch Ca for probably 10 years with owners Lloyd and Maureen. Have always received excellent service. Well my favorite people sold the business and the new owner jacked up the prices. When I found out the price tag $ 550.00. I was like excuse me so I requested my paper work back and said tell the new owner he just lost a good customer. If you want to give them half of your tax returns then continue going. To liberty Tax

Don't ever go to this place I have prof that the old lady acted like am wasting her time and she was money minded .all she wan without lis to pay 170.00 to do my back taxes. Without listening to my situation all because am another black young man without any use of her precious time

My wife and I used their service last week while we sat thier the man in the next cubical used the N word towards his computer that had malfunctioned this man was the owner I believe Loyd we reluctantly continued and was told my friend only was getting back less than 300 dollars we went to HR block told to amend her taxes so she Did now her return is over 5000 dollars Liberty taxes in Antioch are racist and incompetent and very rude

Didn't like the lady who did my taxs...owner does not understand personal boundaries....i was better off going some where else my refund would have been bigger....dont go there at all..

DO NOT DO YOUR TAXES AT THIS LOCATON (2743 Hillcrest Ave in Antioch)!!! I highly recommend that you go to another Liberty Tax or just another tax service. The owner, Lloyd, is not only extremely rude to customers but also to the people in the community. I work over by there and saw a couple in the neighborhood help his wife one week without being asked nor compensated. About a week later, this couple was outside just charging their phone when Lloyd and his wife pulled up and told the couple to leave. The couple got up, gathered their phone and said, " good morning" to Lloyd. He then told them that he guesses that he's obligated to say good morning to people. The couple simply stated they were only saying good morning. He then told this biracial couple that, "people like them are bad for his business". His business was closed that day! If Lloyd is going to treat people, who helped his wife when she needed help opening the dumpster doors and helped her with boxes, imagine how truly invested he is in customer service. PLEASE GO SOMEWHERE ELSE TO GET YOUR TAXES SERVICE NEEDS AS LIBERTY TAX SERVICES ON 2743 HILLCREST IN ANTIOCH IS NOT THE PLACE TO GO. Find a business that's good to the community and customers because LIBERTY TAX ON 2743 HILLCREST IN ANTIOCH IS NOT.

Terrible, terrible place to go. I had dropped off my tax items to have them do my return. Lots of write-offs due to work travel. When I returned to sign and look over their work I was amazed(and freaked out) they hadn't even done them! With no time to have them in on time I ended up paying the penalty and having them done elsewhere.
