Zero stars!!! These doctors and kaiser in general do not give a damn about the patients only about money. Everyone needs to take their money elsewhere. Doctors rush you and do not even attempt to help in anyway shape or form. The ER is high census everyday because people cant get appts and when they do they aren't helped because they are rushed out of there. Wait months for appts only for the dr to say pick one problem today and book another appt for the rest. It is actually a circus ran by clowns I will get a generic reply to this post " we are sorry to hear about your inconvenience please reach out to whoever" they aren't sorry and voicing concerns wont help. Im begging you take your money elsewhere this place is terrible. Higher ups making money is all kaiser cares about you can tell that by all of the old equipment and outdated chairs in the lobby they haven't changed in 20 plus years or the computers they don't even make anymore. I think the only helpful staff is the medical assistants who most of the time know more than the under qualified doctors. Don't say I didn't warn you run while you can!

Can anyone from the "care team" (lol) let us all know how non medical personnel or even non official Kiaser employees are hanging out in the laboratory/blood draw station? Are they there for some sort of intimidation? If so that's a big no-no with the State. Maybe one of you nice ladies who work down the hall could have a walk down there and take a look before someone from higher up does it first

Came in to pick up medication for my mother-in-law. Thought I had a common wait (two helping a customer a one window, one helping at the far left window and one messing with a digital device at the other assigned window) no biggie - they are always quick and efficient (or so I thought). I get called to the window (where the device was being used previously) - gave my medical record info as usual. Gave the name of the patient and was asked for the medications. I listed two and was told there was nothing. I verified the name and medical record number and was told there was nothing. She asked me for the names of the medications. I gave her the first 2 of 10. She says, "oh I found the first one, what is the second one?" I give her (Wendy) the second one and she said give her a second to locate it in the system. I waited - logged into kp.org to check previous orders. The order wasn't there so I placed a refill order for what I needed (this step was no big deal) - during this time, Wendy hasn't looked up at me or said she found the second item ... she then starts scrolling through text messages on what I now realize is her phone. I ask her if that is helping her with my order and she shakes her head no. No apology, doesn't ask for the next medication - nothing. I told her that she asked me to wait and I did just that and she decided to then back-burner me and mess with her phone with a line behind me of people needing their meds or having questions. I'm writing this review because she had to be told that her behavior was inappropriate in order for her to give a lack-luster sorry. Was Wendy having a bad day, maybe - but her time, her employers time and the patients time are all important. Please management, just address the expectation while working.

This 5-star review is for Delta Fair Pediatrics. Initially, we had an appointment for my son's immunizations later in the afternoon, however, we came too early. Asked the receptionist if she will be able to let accommodate us, as we have miscalculated our travel and plans for the day. The receptionist, (I should have asked for her name), was able to call the nurse and was able to help us out. So we were seen, right after that. The nurse who gave the shots to my son had such a pleasing personality that my son was able to feel at ease, and he barely felt them. Mind you, he received 3 shots. She was able to give us an option, if we would like it administered in the arms or the legs, depending on his activities. We were out in no time, she let us know what to expect and what we can give in case, my son develops a fever or became too sore. I recommend Delta Fair pediatrics!

Wonderful service and surprisingly fast. They are able to serve everyone without having to wait all day for your prescription. The person helping me transferred my meds and it took less than 10 minutes. Way better than Walgreens. Thank you Kaiser!

I always choose this pharmacy when my doctor and nurse ask me which pharmacy to get my meds. Less crowd and fast service.
