K2GC did an incredible job with our most recent bathroom water damage repair and remodel. This is the second time we used K2GC for a bathroom repair/remodel as we we were so happy with them the first time around. We would not hesitate to use them again and are recommending them to all our friends and family for their projects. Kenny Turnage and his team were exceptionally good. They finished the job for my water damaged kitchen 2 days prior to my requested date. Laura Davis was amazing in communicating our needs or concerns to the team. Russel Flood & Jon Paoli were quick to respond & proactively fix any issues. The workers were respectful & professionals. I highly recommend K2GC !

DONT HIRE, HE WONT RETURN YOUR HOUSE KEY!Its been over a year since my watee damage, I had to pack out everything, stay elsewhere, he got my key, still won't give me code to lockbox, and all his workers had code, not me!!!!Had water damage, hired for all, plus I paid alot out of pocket,. KENNY GOT HIS MONEY.. once he got paid, no response. I called with numerous phone calls, emails, etc. No response, Plus wont give me code for lock box he put on my house that has my key, its been almost a year, He may have the key to my house . He also put in smaller cabinet in bathroom, I had to buy another tall cabinet to take up space and give me storage, plus light fixture he installed is not centered, everyone that comes to my house says why is it that way?. Also I told him to get me same blinds as I had in my master bedroom, nope, he did not, plus didn't get right, and blinds don't work correctly, too big, , also big white stripe in living room, ceiling, laundry, above washes and dryer,, put a skinny board, called him about that, his worker, came and added another cheap board that sags.New shower door, he did not silicone left side, so if I have water damage oagain, I will end up with water damage again.. Haven't been able to use my master shower due to his negligence.Ridiculous that I can't get my house key back, or all the work done right. I was told by few other ocontractors , do not hire k2gc.!!!!Services: Home repairs

0 stars! Ken Turnage the president of K2GC came out to take some measurements of our floors from water damage we had. We, my elderly mother and I, showed him an area not to be forgotten and he proceeded to be very very rude to my mother which I could hear from another room. I intervened and said it's ok let him do whatever, he will end up coming back. He became hostile and loud, even after I said I was talking to my mother not him. He left our house slamming our door on the way out. I have never in my life been treated this way, and I'll be damned if anyone treats my mother like that. Horrible horrible experience, I'm still in shock.

Worst experience!! Unreliable unaccountable untrustworthy poor customer service says whatever he thinks is necessary to get. Job but fails in every aspect.. No supervision on the job site for his employees. Experience was employees Were ill-equipped to do the work. Also employees didnt speak eNglish language barrier and recently out of jail/parole compromised and robbed my house.

Got 4 estimates for work in a remodel. Ken came out and gave us a very competitive bid. Promised work would be done in two weeks and they delivered. Workers were excellent in their dedication to the job, cleaned up the construction mess and always were punctual in arriving. If I could give 6 stars I would.Services: Paint indoors

Absolutely awful, had them fix plumbing, we’re in a hotel for months and other places of the house are worse than when we left, found more and more things wrong as time went on

Tried calling multiple times to get work done and they would either not answer the phone or hit me with a “let me call you back” and never do. Extremely unprofessional, ended up going with much better contracting company

Really wanted to like this business. Kenny came out last summer to look at some water damage in our ceiling. While he was here we had another contractor looking at some siding by our kitchen window and he discovered that we had massive wood rot and mold around the frame and that the work was outside of his expertise. We called Kenny back that same day and he came back and gave us some info. He suggested that we called our insurance company. They initially denied us, but Kenny knew the adjuster for our area and they approved us. Kenny was a such a nice guy to do this. He really didn't have to. Well, they sent the check and we thought everything was good to go. I want to stress that after we got approved we never heard back from Kenny. Not once. We called his office every week for about six weeks. We could never get a hold of him. All we wanted was our kitchen replaced. We knew that insurance wasn't going to pay for everything and we were ready to pay, but we could never get a hold of him. Who turns down money? Thankfully we found a very nice licensed contractor who helped us remodel our entire kitchen. I still to this day don't know why Kenny ghosted us. Again, who turns down money? The cost to replace our kitchen was about $30k.
