My car was dropped off on January 18th 2023. It was 2-3 weeks and I hadn't heard ANYTHING from them. When I called they said my car was just now being taken apart and examined. Another week I heard nothing. So I called and they were waiting to hear from Geico to move forward. Another week went by nothing. I go to grab some stuff out of my car and that's when I realized everything was STOLEN. Not only was my vehicle rummaged through, they smoked cigarettes in my car and left ashes and butts everywhere. I don't smoke. I feel absolutely disgusted and violated and management did absolutely nothing. I finally go pick up my car yesterday March 8 2023 and there is still cigarettes in the car, it reeks. The inside of my car is still thrashed. The week my car was supposed to be done (February 20th) is when I finally started receiving updates from Janie. She's so sweet and the only good thing to come out of this whole situation. I will never go here ever again and save yourself the time and stress. Don't go to Genos either, it's the same ownership. Oh and to add I finally got my car back and my REGISTRATION AND INSURANCE are GONE as well as everything else they didn't steal the first time. I'm absolutely fucking livid. This place is a major fucking joke.

dealing with collision is never fun I ran into a few problems with Geico but Anthony was very helpful and got the problem resolved in a very timely fashion manner. very respectful very easy to work with will definitely be returning for all of my collision needs.

Brought my car here because a tree branch fell and damaged my hood paint during a wind storm. Geico gives a lifetime warranty if you go through one of their partnered shops.Super friendly staff. The process was straightforward and easy. The quote was reasonable. Took about 2.5 days for the hood to be repainted. Not bad.Upon first glance the paint looked great however if I was really concerned with the detail I would not have chosen this location. The paint doesnt have as much sparkle or pearl as the factory paint. Also, they offered to wax the car and in the process created a lot of spider web swirl scratches on the new paint in the process. Also there are these weird dotted marks where the scratch was.I've not tried to resolve my concern with the company as I'm just going to wrap the car anyways so it doesnt matter too much to me. Just beware that if you are a perfectionist I would not choose this place for painting or waxing. Check the photos to see what I mean.

This is a place where they will go the extra mile to make sure you’re completely happy with your car repairs.I highly recommend this body shop, Ralph is your go to guy, he took care of my truck like if it was he’s own, and Anna kept me well informed of the progress on my truck.Again I highly recommend Junior’s Auto BodyYou won’t be disappointed
