Well, it IS on the Delta so that is a star subtracted right there alone. You have to go in through a gate and the person you are meeting has to come out and open it so that's a pain. But there's plenty of parking, it's a nice safe quiet place to keep your boat. I'm not sure if there is a public restroom so that plus the not having anyone who works there to open the gate is what takes it to 3 stars but its a decent place overall.
