I can't say enough great things about this company and the people that they choose to work for them. I've used them three or four times every time has just been a blessing they come in and take care of it all and make it so easy. I just can't thank them enough I would absolutely go with them again and plan on calling them for my next project.

I had contacted In Demand Plumbing for what seemed to be issues with low water pressure from the water line into my refrigerator. A tech was dispatched and he diagnosed the issue as the in wall valve feeding the water line to the refrigerator. The next day Alberto was dispatched to replace the valve. Alberto completed the job quickly with care taken to clean up the area he worked in. His professionalism was top shelf. Upon testing the repair, the water pressure was still low. Alberto asked if he could look under my kitchen sink to check the water line. It turned out that the water line's valve switch was not fully open. Alberto pulled the valve switch closed, pushed it open, and the water pressure was restored to the refrigerator line. It turned out that no repair was actually needed. Thankful as I am for the service, the replacement wasn't actually needed and I was billed a bit above $700 as quoted by the tech who visited the day before. I did express dissatisfaction with the billing. Jeff reached out to me and remedied the situation by reducing the price of the job significantly. I truly appreciate that In Demand Plumbing prioritizes the satisfaction of their patrons. I will continue to contact then when I am in need if plumbing services.

We're renters and our water heater went out. In Demand sent out Jesus & he was so awesome to work with. Wanted to give us quality work and he was quick! He also found another leak we were aware of but we were not aware of it needing to be fixed, he added it to his list and was able to fix it same day! Definitely recommend using them!

Really appreciate Ben and the team. Had a pretty last minute "need" for a gas line in my backyard as part of a hardscape job. They were super responsive, very helpful with the permit, were on time, on budget, and quality work. Will definitely recommend using them in the future.

I called In Demand Pumbling asap after a rumbling that occurred inside the walls while a family member was running the shower & sink. It was very concerning and as I was looking for a plumber, I saw that In Demand Plumbing had a lot of great reviews but it was already after hours. Nonetheless, I decided to call and luckily someone still picked up. The lady got my info and was able to book me an appointment and I met Jared this morning. He was very kind, respectful, informative, and very communicative with his thoughts and assessment. Unfortunately I was unable to duplicate the issue for him to isolate the situation and discover what caused the incident the previous day but his visit made me very confident in wanting to always reach out to In Demand Plumbing whenever I have any plumbing needs or concerns. Again, cheers and kudos to Jared. I appreciate you brother! :)

We called In Demand Plumbing to fix items identified on a new home purchase inspection report. They provided me an appointment that was super convenient on the weekend, an honest price for the work, and had it all completed in just a few hours. It was an easy process- especially given I know nothing about plumbing. They took the time to explain everything- amazingly responsive! Thank you again! I would highly recommend, and will certainly utilize them for future needs.

The chamber sensor and control valve on the hot water were broken, we called In Demand Plumbing, Rheem authorized plumber, to come to replace the parts, I was charged $312 for new chamber sensor and $250 Gas Control Valve plus labor, I paid total of $780 for replacing chamber sensor and gas control valve in 4/29/2024, I later found out manufacturing warranty for gas control valve is $30-35, it is entirely a rip off and clearly the plumber took advantage of the emergency situation. I spoke to In Demand Plumbing ( Rebecca & Ben), they agreed to issue the overcharged part cost as credit to my account. Because of the reckless conduct of the plumber, not long after the replacement, the hot water heater started to leak. I called In Demand Plumbing again to have them over to provide the solution, I requested to have an estimate of using their supplier for a new hot water heater and installation and I was told by the office to wait for the plumber to contact me for the estimate. I waited about a week, I could not received an estimate or service to get the job done. The credit the office issued is useless, just a number to fool people.

I want to thank the Jeff for being so responsive even on a Sunday request. His team follows up with me to confirm the appointment and Daniel shows up right on time. I want to say the company and staff is very thoughtful and ease process from start to finish. Daniel was very helpful and accommodate his tight schedule to for my small request. I highly recommend this company to anyone who needs plumbing work done.

In Demand Plumbing & Rudy are awesome!! They were super clear and communicative and knowledgable and friendly. During the initial estimate visit I showed them the corroded fridge water line that was making our fridge water output into a trickel and he said they would need to replace it via the crawlspace to make it more modern and powerful. We also needed our kitchen sink and faucet replaced (we bought new ones) and he said that would be straightforward and that they'd replace our leaky under-sink cutoff valves in the kitchen for free. They gave us a time and cost estimate that proved to be extremely accurate and we booked a time for them to do the work then and there (and then updated it via email/text later). The work was completed on time and accurately and our new sink and faucet look great, the cutoff values are new and don't leak, and our fridge has a super strong water stream now!!
