Elisabeth Ulloa is an amazing tax preparer, and will speak to you in a manner which will help you understand what is happening with your taxes. She is friendly and worth the wait, ask for her over anyone else there. She is expedient and has over 15 years of experience preparing taxes. She definitely knows her stuff. She will work with you to maximize your return.
(THE FOLLOWING IS NOT A REFLECTION ON ELISABETH) -- I have docked a star due to what sounded like their office manager (?) being extremely rude and loudly speaking about internal matters to employees on the floor, which customers shouldn't have to listen to. My wife and I also overheard her field a phonecall from across the room where she was rude and snapped at the person on the phone.

This h&rblock’s manager as well as linda who did my taxes are nothing but liars. They filed my taxes completely wrong. When it was rejected by the irs I called them and asked h&rblock not to re-submit them, they said they wouldn’t and no one would touch it. That’s was lie because an hour later they did it anyways. The manager lied and tryed saying the system does it on its own when really they went back and did it anyways. Linda is very rude , she bullies you in to hurrying up and dosent like explaining much she just wants you to sign. When we asked her about different ways of filing she kept saying no I won’t and you can’t do that. Point is they will screw you out of money. Please don’t file here

Mary Kelly is the best. Did such an amazing job on my taxes. Got every last deduction she could. Went above and beyond. Thankful for Mary. And last minute at that.
