I wasn't sure if I wanted to go into hobby lobby at first but then I decided to try it out and see what it was like and I couldn't believe my eyes when I did go in it was amazing for a first time of going in I was so surprised at all the neat things that you could do for making projects and crafts for the creative person like me who enjoy making things or just want to be crafty I loved it and may go back when I feel the need to do a project again

Today I had the worst experienceat this Hobby Lobby. Make sure that if you go in there, you don't use the bathroom or change your mind about buying something. The manager, Angel stereotypes people, accusing them of stealing. Rude and uncalled for comments, from other staff members, have really disappointed themselves, "handling it professionally." If I didn't have my vibrator in my purse, I would have dumped out my purse for them all to wonder what on earth I did with the pens I was being accused of stealing. I got loud because stealing is a very serious accusation and I think this store has experienced such a great loss of products that now that problem is the main focus and the staff fails to their job properly. I advise going to the other hobby lobby in concord, where Angel isn't managing and allowing other clerks and staff members to harass customers

I went to our local hobby lobby and attempted to do a return on a clock. I was referred to the Asst. Manager Tayler. The beginning of the transaction started a little sideways but Tayler handled it very professionally and I will definitely be shopping there more often! Great work Tayler and your DM too! Thank you!

Absolutely despicable behavior from their main manager Roberto and his associate Liz. As someone who makes crafts I spend lots of time scrutinizing small details, which is what I was doing at the lone tree location today while looking over their clay options. Apparently a "normal person doesn't look at clay that long" and that's grounds for following a previous paying customer of their store around aisle to isle and then demanding said customer to empty their pockets when confronted for following customers around the store on suspicion of theft. I will never give this company another penny and will highly encourage anyone I encounter to do the same. Michaels may not have everything you want but they'll price match this vile store, give them a visit next time instead of hobby lobby. Not surprised at all by the other bad reviews of this store.

I always find more than I'm looking for at Hobby Lobby. This time, I got a set of break resistant, microwave safe dinnerware and glassware for my son, who's prepping to move out. (...who'd have thought?)I also Scored a huge discount on next year's Christmas decor! I guess we're having a white Christmas... ; )I got my sis a gift card for this place. She's crafty. : )
